From the friendly staff to the wide variety of fresh ingredients, this Subway outlet provided a satisfying meal. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the staff who promptly assisted me in creating my customized sub. The service was quick, efficient, and the staff members were attentive to my preferences and dietary restrictions. Their knowledge of the menu options helped me navigate through various choices, making the ordering process a breeze. The highlight of my Subway experience was the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Read moreWhen I used the mobile app to order and pay for my food it took me almost 45 minutes in order to get my food since the employees at the restaurant was not able to pull the receipt from the register. I did have a receipt in my email that I could show on my phone in order to prove that I did in fact already pay for my food. I also talked to the manager who was offsite and she told me that it was corporate policy not to make an order unless it came through on the register. I had to call their corporate office and was on hold for about 35 minutes in order to talk to someone there who had to talk to the employee and tell him how to pull up the order on the register. If Subway wants people to use the app in order to order and pay for their food they need to train their employees, managers and franchise owners how to bring up the order and to come up with a system to allow the employees to make the orders that did not come up on the register if the customer can show a paid receipt proving that they did pay for their food. The employees and the manager at this restaurant do not know how to provide proper customer service even after finally receiving my order after a long wait time I was not offered anything for my trouble. So upon ordering my sandwich i noticed the tomatoes were bad looking! I informed the gentlman at the counter they were bad & if he had any fresh ones that he could prepare my sandwich with. He informed me that they would have to use what they had before opening a fresh bag! I was shocked & appauld that subway would allow their workers to sell bad vegetables on a sandwich that i would be paying almost $12 dollars for. For this reason I will never go to another subway again! What happen to customer service & selling premium sandwiches when you are trying to make the customer sick with old bad vegetables!! This employee should not even work at the counter at any subway location!!! I took my hard earned money & appetite to a reputable sandwich shop!!! If your customer service is like this at any other location you should CLOSE ALL SUBWAY SHOPS!!! You had 1 chance to make a customer who worked hard & over 10 hours and YOU FAILED MISERABLY!!!...
