Went to get food from this location, order wasn't just wrong... it was absolutely screwed. Spent $40 for the food, and the nuggets came out with the texture of freshly microwaved Tyson frozen chicken nuggets soggy as heck. They forgot the fires altogether which makes me wonder why we paid for them -_- Son wouldn't even eat the burger, his words, "It's dry and it doesn't have a pickle" maybe cheeseburgers don't come with pickles for kids anymore idk it's not an issue I've seen or heard of anywhere else. Sent the food back it was so bad, yeah I know how dare I. They got the fries this time and the chicken nuggets were lukewarm, not soggy at least, but for some reason they though we didn't want the barbecue sauce that we got with the original soggy nuggs so they proceed to remove them... didn't ask them to, but ya know... idk... And I couldn't tell if they didn't remake the sandwiches, but they had the distinct flavor of dirty sock which I'm pretty sure isn't what ghost pepper tasted like at the other wendys I ate at a few days ago. It would be less infuriating if we bought like a sandwich for $7 and it wasn't right oh well it's $7. But to dump half a bill on food from somewhere and get microwaved, sock flavored nonsense? Come on now. Needless to say it'll be a very long while before returning. And a warning to check literally every single thing including the quality of the food from here before you pull off.    Read moreThis location tonight was the most disrespectful night I ever had. All I wanted to get was two large fries from this location. I handed a 20 dollar bill to the Cashier (Christine A) who thought I gave her a 10 dollar bill. Once I noticed, I pulled back into the drive thru demanding my other 10 that I needed and she went ahead to argue with me instead saying I gave her a 10. While waiting for their manager to give me back a 10, a jeep was waiting before I got there for their meal and they were honking to get service while the Wendy's staff completely ignored their order (it was around 10 o'clock PM while the dining area was closed and only the drive thru was open and it was just me, her and this lowrider guy who kept pulling up to order and coming back through the drive thru (he did this about 4 or 5 times while I waited)). I kept pulling back by the window demanding my 10 dollars after waiting for a good 10 minutes and the cashier who gave me the wrong amount of change kept coming to the window that the manager is on the way to help. Yet, no one was on the way, they were all laughing in the kitchen as I tried speaking to her for my 10 dollars.
I have never had bad service at this location ever until tonight, fire this Christine A. person to get things straight and check her vision. I spent 14 dollars on 2 large fries because of her which could of been easily avoided if they gave me my 10 dollars back. This place needs a check on their employees and managers. I am never coming back to this...
   Read moreI havenât been to Wendyâs for awhile. I went to the Rock Island one with my family for dinner after working a 10 hour shift and not eating all day. I didnât feel like cooking. I went thinking that we havenât had Wendyâs in awhile, letâs get that. Well, I should have just went to the store. Spent 30 dollars and asked kindly that the food be fresh and understandingly told them that we would be more than happy to pull off to the side to wait on our food. They agreed. We got home and everything was cold. We didnât get the BBQ sauce that we asked for and the fries and nuggets that I got were cold and waxy tasting. Some of the chicken nuggets were supposed to be spicy and were not. No salt at all on the fries. When my husband called the manager, Jen- if that was really even her name, she said that the food was personally made by her and was fresh. There was no way. The heat was on in the car on the way home. The food was not even warm. Literally cold and shriveled looking. She said she canât do anything but that we can come in tomorrow to talk to the GM.
