Five Guys — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Slow and disrespectful! Went here round noon to pick up a delivery for a customer. Customer ordered 1 grilled cheese and 1 fry. These jokers took over 21 minutes to prepare the order. I left the store since the food wasn't ready in 5 minutes of me standing there, I was gone for like 12 minutes, came back they still need 2 minutes to add fries. On top of all the extra wait, they want to mock me when I say "Aight" to their unreadiness, repeating the word back to each other in a deep tone to mimic mine (both female) and then talking about " We should make the order", like I am not standing directly in front of them. Straight up disrespect the entire visit. I had gone to pick up another order that had 2 burgers, fries, mac and cheese bites, and a drink, which was ready soon as I got to the restaraunt, but 5 guys can't make a grilled cheese sandwich and 1 fry before I arrive or even shortly after. These jokers wasting my time on purpose and the dialog was uncalled for and pathetic. Y'all need to take your delivery partners seriously, since we help your store make money, and we don't deserve the disrespect or the wait from some lazy and foolish employees...

First time there. When ordering the gentleman was very nice and helpful. There was a major issue with employee's. One of the young boys had his girlfriend standing at the pick up area watching him work. Also he seemed very upset as he was making our food. He kept messing with his mask and face. Did not see anyone sanitize there hands after touching money. Money has so many germs!!!!!! When the manager explained to the young man his girlfriend had to leave the young man became very angry. Taking his hat off and on with out washing hands. In which made the rest of the staff very uneasy. The young man finally after the 3 rd time of going to the back and arguing with his manager. No manager should have to explain there decisions of what they feel is appropriate for his store. Needless to say our food wasn't good. Order was in correct. Fries had so much salt on them we could not eat them it was extremely SALTY! Watching the employees who were trying to work trying to keep up. To have to wait for food due to 1 employee not wanting to do there job. Have to say was a waist of 57.00. Hopefully the...

Came in Mother’s Day thinking everything was gking to be good as usual because let’s face it I’m a fat ass and loveee burgers and this is my usual spot. So I Brought the family in and order… first the lady taking our order was rude… like over the top next the burger wasn’t done. My kid was showing me hers and mine wasn’t either, whatever next the fries weren’t even cooked all the way.. like they were literally thrown in the fryer for a minute if that pulled out and seasoned. Me and my family threw over 3 quarts of the meal away. The only thing we took that day was our shakes and even those were beyond runny. Gotta be the worst experience I’ve had here so far. Told them. They did nothing and just looked at me so we just took it up with our credit card company. Over 50$ worth of food practically thrown out due to lackluster food preparation. The peanuts you serve from the box we’re the best part...
