First thing you notice when you come through the door is the greeting from the great staff and the second thing you notice is the menu and how streamlined it is and doesn't overwhelm you with a complex menu layout. The most impressive thing though is the appetizers. When we went we tried the Shrimp Sui Mai and it was absolutely the very best thing we had when we went. The gyoza we had was also top tier. If you're looking fir a vegetarian option I would recommend the veggie spring rolls. The ramen left a little to be desired (I think it just needs a little more salt/soy sauce in the ramen broth), however the ingredients are high quality and you can easily tell by how fresh everything tastes. We tried the classic Tonkotsu Ramen and the Chicken Noodle (house special) The tea is likely my least favorite part, but only because tea is about the person drinking it and their preferences. For me the tea was just a little too floral, however my partner loved it. We tried the Strawberry Milk Tea. One final note I'd make is that when asking for ice water, by default, it comes with lemon. It's very refreshing, but if that isn't for you I'd just ask for plain ice water (or maybe they could put a lemon wedge on the side for people to add their own lemon juice to their water). All in all I think this place is fantastic and I hope to watch them grow and prosper.

My honest review. I would do 3 1/2 stars for the Beef noodle broth.Remember my pallet is different from yours so please try it. The people are so awesome and nice I hope they sell their shirts ha ha I got the Mango Mojito with boba and let me tell you it's so delicious. You could taste the mango pieces in your mouth. It is so yummy and flavorful. Definitely recommend it. I will try some more drinks. I did have it to go which was nice to see everything separate to preserve the noodle. Beef was soft but needed more flavor the eggs and bok choy was good too. The broth was nice and hot but it was missing more seasoning honestly. The kids are used to strong flavor of ramen packages and this is opposite so if you let the kids try it be prepared that they might not like it. Me as an adult I liked it but I wish it was more flavorful. I will come again to try other things and I will post reviews

This was the best ramen me and my partner have ever had. The noodles were perfect, not too firm and not too soggy. The favors were amazing. My chicken ramen was incredible. The chicken just fell apart in my mouth and tasted so good with the chicken broth. The fried egg was delicious. My partner got his staple, the Tonkotsu ramen, he gets it at every ramen place he visits and this was his favorite. The pork was perfectly cooked, with a perfect ratio between meat and fat. We also got the pot stickers as an appetizer and they were some of the best I've had. We both got milk tea, I got the brown sugar and he got the original milk tea. I've had some bad milk tea recently, but this tea did not disappoint at all. So good. The service was so friendly and welcoming, our server was so nice. The welcoming atmosphere was wonderful. Me and my partner will be coming back as soon as we can.

So, I had UberEats for this delivery as I decided to treat myself after a hard week. I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and Strawberry Mille Crepe Cake.

I was SO IMPRESSED with how you guys packaged it. If anyone reading this, is unsure about getting ramen as delivery food, Ramen and Tea does it right. They package your noodles, toppings and broth separate so everything is JUST perfect when you get your food. My food was hot, this was my first time having ramen that wasn't a packet and it was AMAZING. The Char Siu pork was so smoky and melty - normally I'm not the biggest fan of fatty meats, I have texture problems, but this was EXACTLY what I was dreaming about. I've been seeing ramen like this for years and it was worth the wait! The broth was creamy and I could taste EVERYTHING so vividly, the egg was rich and creamy, noodles perfectly cooked.

The Mille Crepe Cake I was SO happy I ordered too. Now, when you order it, you have some choices, I recommend the Strawberry crepe cake. The berries were SO crisp and sweet, the perfect taste of spring and the crepe cake itself is SO tender and not too sweet.

Hands down, the best thing that's happened to me all 2024, was this bowl of ramen. I am SO excited to order from this place again. If the owners see this, I ADORE this place and PLEASE never, ever change a thing about it. It is PERFECT.

When I go back, I'm excited to try the milk teas next and if the owners are reading this, I would love to know what...

I’m so glad a ramen places finally opened closer to where I live! My brother and sister have been going since they opened and when I finally was able to try Ramen and Tea months ago I fell in love!!! I’ve taken a few of my coworkers here that live in the Janesville area and they now drive down to pick some before work almost every other Friday! I’ve tried quite a few things off the menu, the spicy curry ramen was my favorite until the last menu change, it seems the recipe change or something just cause it’s not flavorful as before and spicy as before but they do offer spicy levels now for I think all ramen bowls! The chicken curry and rice is also a go to for me. I do appreciate and LOVE that they decided to add more vegetables to all the ramens however there cut so big that they don’t get cooked all the way through sometimes. My new favorite ramen however is a tie between the Beef Shank and Golden Katsu !! I’ve never gone and not order a ramen to go, and the services is always amazing! Every single person working is always so friendly and the chefs always seem excited for people to eat the food! Definitely my go to spot when someone wants to go out to eat! And if you’re a hot tea drinker the rose tea and honey citron are so good! Especially if you mix em! My sister will get one and I’ll get the other! Please please please try this place you will not regret it! Rockford...
