KFC — Restaurant in Rockingham

This KFC here has mostly always had great. Staff workers and the foods cooked by them. Thankfully. Although now finding out in which are new owners of it now. Which are going to lead to less business here. And possibly other restaurants if own them as well. This KFC was well off good enough before some selfish. rich but can't get rich enough felt need to cause. The foods prices to become higher along with. The nice should still be in place senior discount taken away. It was not needed to do besides for unthoughtful persons greed. When most KFC locations have their buffet. Taken away becoming to cheap to continue it. When was at kfc last beginning of August. The price was still very nice. And not an rip off as Bojangles and zexbys has became since 2022. It was still in place showing appreciation for American seniors. Seems will have to start cutting back as many others do. For more affordable restaurants as. cookout and sonic and Wendy's and captain ds and huddlehouse. And for the very few priced "special...

Ordered the pot pie, was too it would be 12 minutes.... ok that's fine I'll wait for it, they brought the food out, and it wasn't 12 minutes. My pot pie had crunchy carrots and peas and the inside was like "doughy" wasn't very hot to just have come out of the oven. I took it back up, they got me another. It took some time, I guess they actually cooked it the proper time thi time. Before they brought it out, a young lady came out and asked if we had got our food. Just a couple I minutes later they brought it out. Thu one was better. We have to wait often because they are out of something all the time. When we arrived to place our order, there was loud music playing in the cooking area. Kinda hard to hear the person taking our order over the music. Went to this KFC at 8:50 pm. They had already emptied the tea canisters. Floors were wet from moping the floors. The guys mopping the floors looked at us like they couldn't believe we were coming in at this hour. The girl that took our order didn't smile or barely look at me. She looked like she had been on the clock for 24 hours and dragging. They didn't have any drumsticks and didn't even ask if I wanted to wait on them. The line thru the drive thru was long. When we got home, the food was old and the tea was sour, both sweet and unsweetened. And these employees want $15 an hour. I wouldn't give any of these $5 per hour. Reading the reviews from this restaurant I will not be back. Hope the owner or manager takes a hard look at...
