The food is generally good, but the service is terrible. My experience tonight was disappointing.
My order was scheduled to be ready at 7:47pm. I arrived shortly after that time, but no one was attending the register—employees were focused on preparing food, and there were five other customers standing around waiting as well. When I approached the register to check on my order, I was told it was still being worked on (this was at 7:55pm). I took a seat and continued to wait. At 8:11pm, I asked again about my order. This time, the employee turned around and immediately handed it to me—it had been sitting on the shelf. When I asked how long it had been sitting there, she shrugged so I pointed out that I had been told it was still being prepared 15 minutes earlier, she laughed and started sweeping the floor. At that point, I had no idea whether my order had just been finished or had been sitting there the entire time, because when I gave my name earlier, the employee never bothered to check any of the bags that were already sitting out.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had to wait beyond the expected pickup time—typically 5 to 10 minutes longer, which I usually understand—but this particular visit was unacceptable.

Read moreI will try to summarize this as much as possible. I did an online order for two hot subs that was scheduled to be ready at 7:48. I got to the restaurant at 7:43 and waited. I saw one of my hot subs wrapped and in the bag by 7:48 but the second was not. There was a large group checking out so it took a minute, I waited until the line cleared and asked about my order. There was about 4-5 workers just standing around, one that just started cooking and one ringing up customers. By now it is 7:58 and they have just now started on my second sandwich. At this point I asked the worker. Are you just now starting on my second sandwich and they all proceeded to look at each other dumbfounded like they didn't know what language I was even speaking. At 8:08 the second sub was finally done, but by then my first sub has been sitting getting cold...

The manager guy with the red beard was talking nasty about a heavy set black lady(another employee)as soon as she went to the back to the lady at the register infront of customers. Another time I went there a female manager went into the males bathroom and came out saying "it was her store and she can do what she wants and if nobody likes it then they dont need to come back" The owner should train his employees about NC laws and how to atleast respect each other in front of customers.
