Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockledge

We usually ordered from marcos about once a week. Today my boyfriend was home with the kids while I was at work and put in an order for delivery. Once delivered 2 seconds later he tells me my daughter is screaming petrified because a roach was coming out of the pizza box!!! A roach! He calls the store immediately, 5 seconds after the driver pulls away,, they tell him pretty much he's lying but they'll replace the pizza and that their store and drivers vehicles are always clean. We ordered from there every week around about for 4 years. As he told them were not trying to get some whopping 12$ pizza for free. They delivered a new one, but nobody would touch it and it went in the trash and marcos took back the one with the roach of course Untouched. But to call or suggest that we we're lying over a 12$ pizza, c'mon... but can 100 guarantee that roach definitely didn't come...

Utilized the web site to place and purchase our order: Hawaiin Chicken Large pie, Pizza Bowl -Philly Style and Greek Salad -ready in 12 minutes. It was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. This Pizza was on the thicker side - but soft and tasty - and toppings were not lacking - no shortcuts taken. Nice pie - enjoyed it very much. The pizza bowl was really tasty as well - the presentation could be better as its in kind of this food tray - but don't be fooled - it's really flavorful. It looked interesting so we ordered it just to see - was a nice addition. Meanwhile, the Salad has a great presentation - fresh ingredients - with more than enough of each ingredient to mix up a nice hearty Greek Salad. This particular location has limited dining area - so take out might be your best option - but "dining in" is still...

First time trying Marcos Pizza & this was the Awesome Location we got to experience. Kirk you rocked on multiple Levels. You helped us make some solid choices. Then we got to see you training one of the newer employees. Best part was one of the other employees was getting a drink and seen the new guy was confused and so he jumped in to help explain and to back kirk up on what he was saying. It was one of the first true team experiences I have witnessed inside a pizza establishment like this ; in what feels like a very long time. So congrats guys for not just giving us as customers a great experience; as well as, taking care of your employees .
