We've only been a few times, but this is a place my husband far prefers to go to over any of the other big chain restaurants. When suggesting where to go for breakfast (something we rarely do), I don't even get two words out of my mouth before he says "Rocket Bagels." The first time we came here, he got the Steak Egg & Cheese bagel, and it's been go-to ever since. I'm still working my way down the menu, wanting to try everything before I settle on a go-to, but nothing's been disappointing yet! The service is always great; the cashier always greets us with a smile, and everyone is so nice and polite. It's a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but it's kept nice and clean and well maintained.
If I had to give any feedback - and this is so minor it's not taking away any stars - is that the coffee space is tucked away almost out of view if you're not sitting by the front door. This is our experience, but when we enter, we see the pastries, the cashier, and then the bagels, and completely miss the fact the coffee counter is there. It never bothered us because we don't typically order coffee, but we didn't even realize that space was there until we were finished with our...
Read moreThis is one of the best bagel shops I've been to since I moved from NYC. I've been going to this bagel shop since they opened. From day one, I've had an amazing experience. The people here are friendly, as they welcome you when you walk through the door and can make idle chat. The food here is amazing. They are able to get the right ratios for the eggs, meats, and cheeses so every bite you get a taste of everything. The service has been nothing but outstanding as they make sure you are heard and your order is right and packaged properly. I've become a regular here and will continue to go almost daily because of their service. Even my grandmother was impressed with their quality and she is very picky about her Bacon, Egg, and Sausages. I highly recommend their food and urge you to...
Read moreMusic was so loud and screaming. Could barely hear ourselves ordering. My child was covering his ears. I wanted to ask about the avocado mash, but I didn't want to shout. The bagel sandwich was good, but the tomato I asked for wasn't on it, probably because it was too loud to hear :( As someone who has worked in restaurants since 15, it was never acceptable to have kitchen music this loud, but I've been noticing it more and more. Update: went again and the music was not blaring, THANK YOU!!! The pumpkin spice bagel is so tasty. And the lady with the short dark hair is really the one who is leading the place with enthusiasm and customer service. Again, thank you for being so responsive about the loud music. We'll be...
