So I go here frequently and have not had an issue with the cappuccino blast I always order or the service EXCEPT when the Indian woman who states she’s the owner has made my drink. I’m familiar with the making of the drink because I always order and have actually purchased the cappuccino blast mix and made from home. The woman who states she’s the owner put 1 scoop of ice cream and two cups of ice to save money I guess because out of the 100 of other times it’s been made it was 2 scoops of ice cream and 1 cup of ice in the large cappuccino blast. When I questioned if anyone was available to make it she refused my service was rude and said I’m the only one to ever complain and complain every time. Which was a bold face lie because I never complained except this time about the drink. I left because she said if I don’t like it to go to the Sierra college one. She states she owns the store on 5428 crossings Dr Ste 103 in Rocklin CA. I suggest if you don’t want to receive rude service or have your drink made correctly you never go here and like I now will drive the 10 minutes extra to the Sierra College or Stanford Ranch...
Read moreI ordered something and made a mistake on the date for pick up. No biggie. It happens, and it was my mistake. Asked if I could still pick up the item even if it meant I had to wait, or purchase a second one today and cancel the original order. Was told "No." Ok.. Fine. I asked if I could cancel the order to which I, again, recieved a firm "No. That can only be done online." Ok.. Still fairly calm. Entirely understandable, if thats the protocol. Got home with the disappointing news that there would be no fancy ice cream dessert, only to get online to cancel my order and it states to cancel i need to call or show up to the store in person. Ok. Now I'm starting to get agitated... I call the store and ask to cancel stating it says online I can only cancel over the phone or in person. And I again. Get told "No." That I cant cancel over the phone cuz the boss isn't there? Everytime I inquire the rules and reasoning changes. I admit I made a mistake but I shouldn't have to process a charge back to cancel an order. Absolutely 0 customer service skills, and completely turned me off...
Read moreWorst experience at this baskin Robbin's location. Who ever is the lady there in the front was very rude!!! I accidentally dropped my ice cream cone on the counter. So I said," sorry I just dropped it on the counter. Can I please have a new one? The employee there was looking at this women with fear wondering what he should do and if it was actually ok to give me a new one! While waiting to get my new ice cream made, I asked for a napkin and was only given ONE to wipe my hands off. The woman kind of rolled her eyes at me and seemed annoyed. Body language says a lot. I used to come to this location all the time but customer service is more important than good food. Will not be coming...
