MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Rocklin

Our first time, we were with my children and grandchildren, they ordered first, and we ordered last. They were served, and we sat watching them eat their pizza for about 5 minutes, thinking, it will be anytime now. We kept looking over at the workers, but no acknowledged us. So, we finally spoke up, and asked about our pizza. They did not put the order in. So by the time we got our order, everyone was finished. They did, however, give us a coupon for a free pizza. My second time, I just wanted to order their Carmalized Pear Tea, that is delicious, I stood there for 3 minutes, no one looked at me, did not say a word, I got very frustrated, and just stormed out. The pizza was very good, and their iced tea and lemonade drinks were very good, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! ! IT IS VERY RUDE TO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER! Another phenomenal personal pizza creation at Mod pizza. As someone who avoids dairy as much as possible and loves piling vegetables on his pizza, I am often the odd man out when it comes going to pizza places with my family. But a place like Mod, that allows one to custom make a personal pizza, means I get to make it my way. The selection of vegetables and meats is excellent. Mod has a larger selection of veggies than Pieology which is why it is my favorite of the fast bake, create-your-own style pizza places. Everything tastes fresh and delicious every time I come here. And their seasonal veggie options are always fantastic. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention that every staff member has always been super friendly and attentive. The manager at this location is a real jerk.. He came out and told us we had 10 minutes to leave because they where closing. We had just sat down because the pizza just finished cooking. Also we had a beer that my girlfriend needed to drink. I told him we where feeling rushed. 10 minutes later he rushed back out and with all kinds of attitude told us we needed to leave and pointed at the door. I told him we where almost done. He had the nerve to tell me if we don't leave he would call the cops... we where having an amazing evening until he came along.. food was great but the manager needs an...
