I feel like this place is a small step up from good will but the worst part is…you are not getting what you are paying for….it just doesn’t add up! Generally these places you drop the bag off they look through it and maybe in an hour or so they’ll choose a couple items maybe more. This place on the other hand has stacks of bags behind their counter that they have not even gone through and they don’t really give you a valid time frame only a promise of a “text” when they will be complete and if you don’t come in time “we’ll donate”. We’ll I never even got a text but decided to call about my status A WEEK LATER And guess why no texts? Because they lost my form! Probably in the mess they have going back there. My things probably would have gotten donated if I hadn’t called but that wouldn’t have even been my fault! Personally I do not know why it is taking them so long to go through their material when other consignment places do it right on the spot! I definitely dont recommend dropping off clothes here not only did I waste a lot of time and not really get anything in return, but I’d rather be shopping across the street at tjmax. Maybe they just need new employees and an air...
Read moreSo far the retailer knows how to buy for a specific age group. My mom's. When it comes to later 20 somethings, could use some help. So far I've loved all the og Brighton, Michael kors, etc. But as an end note, seriously STOP HIRING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. There's a young teen girl that's always there who looks like she's always in charge and getting killed while this lanky "older than her" teen sits there and brags to his friends that are loitering in the store and making it hard to shop that he manages the store. He also took 15 minutes to ring my stuff up, was condescending as if I cared about his fashion opinions, and made me leave the store without a bag. I also heard snickering while purchasing a sheer black lace corset top. You might want to hire some more mature adults to help you. Keep up the amazing affordable finds, but please consider hiring people who appreciate the work you do and seek to help out your business. And for the record, the younger girl is very sweet and could easily manage that store on her own with...
Read moreThey can have a decent selection depending on the inventory at the time. There haven’t been too many items I’ve seen over priced. I haven’t experienced rude staff since they closed the Auburn location. Don’t expect to get much for the clothes you bring in though. Their pricing makes no sense. The most recent drop I got $16 for 6 items. Out of the 6, 3 were brand new dresses with the tags still on, never worn ($44, $25 & $16 orig). Brand new forever 21 shirt ($15) a lightly used free people blouse. I only took the forever 21 items there because I lost the receipt and couldn’t return them. I wish I would have tried marketplace first because at barely $3 an item it wasn’t worth it. The inventory is currently very minimal, there’s a sign stating what garments they’re looking for yet they’re lowballing...
