After after wasting another 2 days upset embarrassed I've decided to write a review in hopes to release this issue. I moved here recently, I have not been happy with it but because of the convenience I give it another chance every time I go. Even when there's two cars ahead of you I have waited up to usually 10-15 minutes. With this incident I waited 20 minutes there were two cars ahead of me. Then the crowd happened behind me. I finally get up to the window and my coffee tasted like water and burnt coffee grinds little to no milk it was horrible. Having to get where I needed to go before being late I couldn't go back immediately and definitely not wait in that line that had more than two cars. Being completely busy and behind in my schedule. I didn't get back there so the next day it eating me up because that isn't the first time in fact I have never gotten a latte from this place that wasn't either scalding hot by the time I would drink it I would be at work and I didn't have time to drink it so that was a waste. Or it tasting not so good. I have always gone to Starbucks for 25 years and I have never ever been treated the way I was when the next day I finally got up enough courage to say I don't want to pay for this one because of the one that I got the day before. She asked me what time I had gotten it. Then she proceeded to scold me and tell me her policy. Seriously never in 25 years at Starbucks was I treated that way. Ever at any location I've ever gone to. If I had a problem or something didn't turn out right they took my word for it. This happened little to none. They were always friendly and caring about what they serve and making the customer happy. Read moreI had placed a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. As we have been directed so many times, I walked to the pickup area and announced my name to the 6 people standing behind the counter within 4' of me. There were only 2 others waiting for drinks and no one ordering. No reply at my announcement. So, I said it again, "Mobile order for Bill". Still no response from the 6 workers. I said it a third time, with nothing. Isn't this what Starbucks staff has told me to do multiple times and put signs out to announce our mobile order? So, I said, "Anybody hear me?" To the six workers. Finally, one turns to me and with a scowl says"I'm helping another customer.", Which, of course, I had no idea because she was not engaged with anyone and there were only two others waiting. Contrast this with my experience at Lincoln Crossing Starbucks last Saturday that was so much more crowded with staff that went out of their way and asked about my mobile order before I could even get to the counter. Read moreLong story short, I went 4 a rather long walk with mom n doggie Annie r.u.ok?. I left wallet home but I have most of the pay services. Went to local yogurt spot but they only had apple pay and where kind enough to give doggie Annie r.u.ok?, a yogurt cup of cold water. I told her my situation and tried to get a coke 4 me n mom. No go. Kept moving and tried the newly built star bucks. Who ever hired the young man and trained him I also wanna give cuddles too. He was pleasant knowledgeable and curtious. After a rather long attempt to use Samsung pay via PayPal, only to find out about new policies, you have to have money in PayPal system. No longer will they go thru your banking system if I'm describing correctly. The young man did a judgment call and or paid 4 my order his self, im not sure. But the point is I since his humanitarianism. Of course I explained my situation but he didn't have to pay it 4word if you will. Not a huge star bucks person but I'll go to this one just because.
