The Sandwich Spot — Restaurant in Rocklin

I've been going to Sandwich Spot for over 10 years across the Sacramento, Roseville, and Rocklin locations.

I've had some really mixed and poor experiences lately at the Rocklin location. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Pigskin at the Roseville location, I've recently moved to Rocklin and this location is just minutes away.

Not only do the two locations minutes apart have two different menus, the experiences with staff are worlds apart. When I attempt to get The Pigskin at the Rocklin location, I always get charged extra $1.25 for swapping out Salami for Bacon on the Barracuda. I don't get any of the produce, lettuce, tomato, onions, etc. just menu items, and always feels like the staff are nickle and diming customers.

I would love it if the Sandwich Spot franchise was more consistent with their menus or at least let customers order same sandwich from...

I came here when they first opened with new owner and the sandwich was excellent (although they forgot to add the avocado I paid extra for) I came back today and sadly will not return, there were literally only 2 pieces of Turkey on my $17 sandwich and I added avocado and the amount of avocado added was- no exaggeration one tiny piece for the entire sandwich. Also hardly any Mayo/mustard so what I was served was basically dry bread with some cheese and 2 pieces of Turkey. I ended up taking the meat off one half of the sandwich and adding it to other half so it was not just eating bread. The owner was so nice and so proud when I met him after they opened, hoping he sees this and maybe hires other workers because my guess is that is...

If I can give them no stars I would. The employees here are incredibly rude. Incompetent and disrespectful, not one of them can get an order right. Neither can they make a sandwich. After spending $50 I will never spend another dollar. Their own employees park in the very front of the restaurant that has maybe 4 customer parking spots. After coming in and being told that they would not fix my order that they messed up another worker decided to chew me out outside. Do not go here! I can not stress this enough. They have absolute disregard for their customers. You could make a better sandwich at Safeway...
