Highly overrated and disappointing. I came here because the ratings seemed good, but this place is like something you expect with good ratings but the reviews are fake.
First off the menu is complete false advertising. If you show a large drink with boba on your menu and a price of $6.50. I expect that. However when I ordered "winter melon" best seller the same in the photo, they said $6.50 is the price for a small without boba. Ok so what is even the point of paying $6.50 for a small. Then I get a large, and as you can see a large is $8!! If I got a large with boba that is close to $9. The lady at the counter gave me a small amount of free boba when I said $9 is too expensive, and still paid $8m which is still too much. Gotta have standards people.
Also this boba shop charges tax on drinks.
I don't care how good the boba is. I'm not paying $9 for a drink with boba, thats ridiculous.
This tea spot took the place of another tea spot which had probably failed or went out of business. Just a side note. But yea enjoy your $9 boba, I will not come back here. Literally the menu price shows $6.50, but thats a...

Like more than a usual person should probably drink boba! But the past two times I've been there they have: not given me the special promo of the shop (buy 3 get 1) when I purchased about 7-8 drinks (I was told AFTER I purchased my drinks for the full price). Two of my drinks were missing their toppings even when I asked if the drinks came with it and was told yes both times. I didn't notice it until I got home unfortunately. Two of my drinks were supposed to not have any sugar added into them and they added sugar into them anyway. One of the drinks was supposed to be subbed with water instead of a tea base and it was given to me with a tea base anyway.
Now, I am still going to give them my business because I really love the workers and owner and the delicious drinks (when they're made correctly). It's just super frustrating that each time I go in I spend a good amount of money and tip and everything and still get...
