the manager KNEW they had charged us for another persons pizza!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN MENTION IT AS I PAID FOR MY PIZZA AFTER THEIR KNOWING. 3 days later we called and they admitted to knowing. They had no intention of making things right unless there was known consequence.
THEY EVEN waited so long my pizza boxes were cold! They also forgot my SAUCE AND MY 2 LITER.
I ordered via phone. Went to dominos, called them and gave them my info and the man at the phone said the payment went through and they would bring it out. They said it would be 5 minutes.
15 minutes later it still wasnt brought, so i called again. They said i needed to make a payment first and they said i didnt pay yet. I was told my card was ran and paid for during my first call!(after ordering)
I went inside, heard their side conversation as they looked for my order. They were talking about a messed up order and this was the one messed up. Genuinely believe it was the guy who messed up left the counter and informed the girl, both of whom were set on protecting their egos as one wouldnt own up to his actions, and the lady too afraid of my upset presence.
Anyway ive eaten at dominos since i can remember in my childhood and after a decade+ of dominos i will no longer be visiting. This location was hella packed with orders so i understand the chaos. Go someplace else. Any other food, even whataburger right down the street. The customer service makes the whole experience worth a few more cents a bite.
Side note: the guy was waiting in line at the door, i didnt know why he was standing there initially, and the woman at the front asked me to step out, i was in the middle of my sentence so she let me finish. She then discarded her ground after realizing i was mad and let me pay and get my pizza. (Enter conversation with coworker about charging me for someone elses order) The other guy walked in saying "you guys can keep the pizza"
Two experiences ruined, great work. Pizza was trash this time too. Mustve been to busy to make sure my pizza wasnt burned to a crisp.
Basically they dont stick to the script which holds things in order.

Read moreUpdate July 28,2022 Just returned from a long trip and grabbed my usual order of 2 pizzas last night. Thanks for fixing my issue completely! Pizzas looked great with a good amount of topping. Toppings in every bite made my day. Thanks to the owner and manager for reaching out to me listening and fixing the issue. I’m back as a loyal customer! Keep up the good work. To others that look for reviews to help with life’s choices I was not bribed with pizzas or cash. I’m just an old truth teller. I’ll keep you updated. We eat Domino’s a lot!
Old review…. Issues resolved! I have yet to be not disappointed in this store. Consistency the amount of toppings is less than any other Dominos in the area. I have complained to the store and corporate by emails and have never EVER received even a reply that they received my emails let alone any apology or reason for such a minuscule amount of toppings on every pizza ordered. Unfortunately our community not have a lot of choices of eateries so I keep returning to Domino’s in Rockport. Can Something be done by someone somewhere to make our only Domino’s in Rockport Texas to create better topping standards for their pizzas

Read more04/03/22...yes, each item we ordered did arrive, but it was so far from hot and fresh. At this point I'm just going to assume no management/owners actually care for customers that literally order twice per week.
03/27/23 update...this is what our tots looked like, not at all what they advertise. Gross and inedible. Definitely disappointed!
Little issue last night, driver only brought the desserts we ordered. Driver said he'd go back and get the whole order (we didn't take even the dessert boxes he did have)...unfortunately saw him back in our neighborhood 30 minutes later and since he didn't come by here we called the store. Person I spoke to had no idea of any issues with our order, but after speaking with the manager on duty, remade our order and sent it right out for delivery. It was hot and fresh...mistakes happen and I'm glad they fixed...
