I have never experienced better customer service anywhere else! Everyone at this market was extremely friendly, helpful, and generous! I would give this place a million stars if I could!
I went here multiple times in September 2020 during our family vacation. Nearly each day I would get fresh seafood from here for us since restaurants are way overpriced! The customer service was fantastic and the seafood was very high quality! If you're around the area you HAVE to see the Graffam Brothers and their wonderful staff!! You won't be disappointed! Customer satisfaction is their #1 priority, and it truly shows!
We are also big fans of buying local when we travel. Its "easy" to buy from the big guys. We are all guilty of going to Krogers, Walmart, or other big chain stores. Don't waste your time at the big name stores when you're in the area. The quality of customer service, quality of food, and low price of seafood you pay here is FAR better than any big chain! I will definitely be back here if we vacation at Camden again! Keep up...
Read moreGaffam Bros. is the Bud Light of seafood restaurants. Clambake provides a better selection at a much more competitive price.
For me, it's the Clambake. The best seafood restaurant. I even ask for extra tartar sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for tartar sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Clambake worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Clambake restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in tartar sauce, it's delicious! What a...
Read moreReceived a marketing email about National Chowder day and decided to surprise my dad who works in Rockport, ME. It’s the middle of winter and there’s nothing better the a warm bowl of Chowder on a cold night. I’m in Colorado and thought it would be a great gift to send. What a disappointment. Not only was it late arriving, I actually got a text from my 81 year old dad hoping I didn’t send chowder to anyone else. Apparently there’s no haddock left in the Sea (ordered Haddock Chowder) but plenty of potatoes from Presque Isle. I’ve shipped live lobster a couple times from Graffam and never had any issues. My dad never complains, he’s not the type. It’s a lot of $ for heavy cream, onions & potatoes in my...
