★★★★★ Eli is a Pizza Rockstar! Incredible Food and Even Better Service! Wow! We were absolutely blown away by our experience here. We'd heard the place was under new management, but we weren't prepared for how fantastic it would be. The new owner, Eli, has completely transformed this spot into a must-visit gem! Let's start with the pizza: it is, without a doubt, OUTSTANDING. The crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and you can just tell they use top-quality, fresh ingredients. Every single bite was a delight. Eli is clearly a great cook who is passionate about what he does, and it shows in the food. But what truly earned the fifth star was the atmosphere created by the new management. Eli is such a great guy! He was so welcoming and friendly, taking the time to chat with customers and make sure everyone felt at home. His positive energy is infectious. Since I was in town, I wanted to try out Rockport's town pizzeria, and quality of foods was alright. Like one of reviews below said, French fries were good. Roasted beef wasn't so appealing. Most of all, I was in the middle of cashier arguing with a person (seemed to be her mother) that she wanted to end her shift 30 mins earlier, and was blaming the customer that didn't give specific toppings in the roasted beef sub and it's their fault when the mother was asking if the customer wanted cheese in it. She literally yelled 'I don't know, it is their fault if they didn't ask me specific toppings in their sub!' I was that customer, and I asked her if she could tell me how to enjoy their famous roasted beef, and she didn't seem to know what goes into the sub, and I asked her okay, you can put pretty much everything. Sorry lady, I asked you too much you could handle.. I won't probably go back, and wouldn't recommend to others. + she didn't put packets of ketchup...

I don't know why some person had some bad experience with Rockport House of Pizza and decided to whine about it, instead of asking them to replace his order, which I know they would have done. My husband and I have never had anything other than an amazing experience. He LOVES their calzones and I try different things. Today I had grilled cheese with bacon and it was so good, actually the best grilled cheese I have ever had and I am 58 years old, grew up on them. I saved half of it for tomorrow because it is also so filling, half was enough when I also ate some of their fried pickles. They have great staff, always friendly on the phone and Andrew, the delivery guy is super fast. We know Andrew so are biased LOL. The prices are also super fair.
