I would give a negative star if I could. Worst experience I have ever had with this Dominoes.
My estimated wait time that was confirmed via email was 39-49 mins. My order was placed at 6:32pm. It is now 8:00PM and I have no pizza. The delivery time online now says 53-63 mins.
I have been on hold for 30 mins- the website says to call the Manager Nick. I would love to speak with either him or any other person currently in the store.
This is horrendous customer service. You need a new manager and a new owner. My job is in customer service. I have used this dominoes for the past 5 years, but you have changed everything in this 1 poorly managed delivery.
I even called the other Dominoes located on Seven Locks Road and apparently they have complaints about the Dominoes on Gude Dr all the time.
I will tip the driver, because it is not their fault. But if I have a cold dinner- that's all on your restaurant. I will be posting my comments on all other reviews sites as well.

Tonight, I called the location 54 minutes after placing an order; our pizzas had not been delivered, and we had received no call to let us know of their status. Turns out, the pies had been sitting under a warmer for 30-40 minutes, and were still 15-20 minutes away from arriving at our door. Both the line-level employee and manager I spoke to offered a bunch of excuses - namely being short on drivers - without any real sense of apology or any meaningful steps to make things right, such as comping our current order or offering a coupon for a free pizza in the future. The manager actually said that it was my responsibility to make HIS life easier and accept his weak remedies - get an old pizza late or accept a refund - because his store was short on drivers and in the weeds. His unhelpful demeanor suggested poor customer-service training and a lack of interest in keeping longtime customers (like us) happy and loyal. We are unlikely to ever order a Domino’s pizza again - from this troubled location...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I order from this store all the time and this time, totally ruined my whole experience. My pizza was never delivered, and when I contacted the store, “the manager”, Glenn (who was also the driver), was unhelpful. He claimed he waited for seven minutes and then canceled the order, but my call log shows it was only five when I returned the call. To make matters worse, he was already back at the store when I called, which makes no sense (I don’t live 5 min away from the store). I explained to Glenn that I had made use of my free pizza from my points and I couldn’t re order. He then said “well we’re busy right now so you’re going to have to place a new order and wait” now I don’t even want to order from this store anymore and I have nowhere to contact to let them know about this experience.
