Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rockville

We went to Little Caesars on Friday night, my sister and I. This was actually our third visit, and unfortunately the experience has been very similar each time. But this last visit was the worst.

We ordered two large family pizzas, Cheesy Bread, two orders of Cheese Puffs, cheese sticks, and a Pepsi. The cashier who first took our order was polite and our order took about 17 minutes, which was fine.

However, customer service at this location is extremely poor. No one greets you, no one tells you where to stand, and there’s no guidance at all—you’re just left to figure it .The young man who helped us was kind, but the girl with the gray shirt, who has attended us the last three visits, was very unpleasant. She never makes an effort, doesn’t call out names properly, and acts like she doesn’t want to be there at all.

When I asked for napkins, she gave me only three for our large order. I had to ask for cheese and pepper flakes, and she only gave me two of each. When I pointed out the napkins, she dismissively said, “I think that’s enough.” Then she reluctantly offered me one more. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.

The only positive thing I can say is that the pizza itself was hot and tasted good. But overall, the service ruins the experience. Customer service should be friendly and welcoming, and this location really...

Don't bother coming here I've been to this place multiple times now and my order is never ready by the time it's supposed to be. I have to ask them to go get it or it won't go in the pizza portal or tell me that my order is ready. I only have 30 minute lunch and once I waited so long that my code for the pizza portal expired because I didn't pick it up within the designated pickup window, but it was never even put in, it was just sitting by the oven nobody even cut it and they weren't even busy and had three people working. More importantly, it's never prepared right. I've been going to the one in Germantown for years and everything is always fantastic. The worst I've ever gotten there was an italian cheese bread that was a couple hours old, but it was still acceptable, this is another thing. Every single time I've come here, the Italian cheese bread is mostly crust and has no seasoning. It even tastes and smells different, more like cardboard with cheese in some areas. I've never been that guy to go out of his way to review/report a restaurant for terrible service, it's just not who I am, it's just unacceptable. I haven't confronted the employees working there about this, but I shouldn't have to either. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with sausage added sense the African American girl with the dreads said it would be a issue. Picked up my food and received a cheese pizza. When I called back I stated my food was incorrect and I was over charged. The guy was very understanding but the African American girl with the dreads was in the background yelling In order for a refund I would have to return back to the store and I live a hour away. The guy told me I could come back tomorrow and it wouldn’t be a issue and took my name. I called back to get a manager name or to see if the same people would be present tomorrow so there wouldn’t be a miscommunication and the girl had me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung the phone up on me. Call bank and was hung up on again. ...... her customer service was horrible and during the order process she went outside and was talking to her friends and etc. when she came back in she didn’t wash her hands just went straight back to work other guest where not happy as well...
