I loved ordering Greek cookies from Mastiha when I didn't have time to do my own baking. This year was one of those years and, may be my last. Other than the finikia / melomakarono being overly saturated in sugar water and honey, although edible and still tasty, the butter cookies were dry, hard and lacked flavor. Is this a quality control issue maybe, or using fewer or lesser quality ingredients to save costs? The Spanokopita Rustica was equally disappointing as it lacked the feta and dill that drew me to Mastiha in the first place.    Read moreI decided to place an order to try the bakery after reading the reviews to celebrate the Greek Orthodox Easter. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. We had a great chat with them in addition to enjoying their wares. Can’t wait to...
