I went to container store to buy some stuffs. It was not busy at all. There was one attendant in the counter to help the four customers which I’m one of them and I’m the last. The first lady on the line probably returning an item which was understandable. The other attendant whose slim guy came to help his colleague. He used another station. He called the next lady and helped her out. The lady seems in front of me didn’t want to move to another line and preferred to just stay. So, I moved and went to the guys cashier to pay right after he helped the lady cause no one was in there.
When it’s my turned he didn’t help me first but he called the lady first from the other line cause she was lined up before me from the other line.
My thought here is you could just check me out first before the lady since I moved first. I preferred to moved to another line and she didn’t. Stayed in her line. I waited for her to moved. And he literally called the lady to moved to get helped before me.

TLDR: Dude didn't even check the back for a post that they did have. Had to come back twice just to get a post.
Okay so the situation is that I was cleaning out my storage unit and found out I was missing a single post to make two shelves. I went to the container store website to see if they have any in stock. And lo and be hold only one store had ONE in stock! I drove 45 mins to the store just to get this one on Saturday. When I arrived I asked a worker that was in the curbside pick up area. He told me that they were out of stock and that they were ordering more. I get that sometime the website aren't accurate with the amount of inventory but he didnt even go in the back to check. Read moreAfter spending over 10 hours with 5+ store employees related to design of my 2.5 closets, I am very disappointed with quality of service and design that was inaccurate based on measures. We provided pictures dimensions and design was still wrong. In addition, I received damaged Elfa Birch shelves, drawers, and Elfa White shelves, incorrect sizes of rods and items I did not order. When the store manager loaded our order, he damaged/scratched our 4 year old car dashboard. Huge mistake dealing with the store and Area Manager who was not helpful and did not fully take responsibility to compensate the installation that could not be complete based on the Container Store design mistakes. I do like Elfa quality if is not damaged but would not recommend Rockville MD...
