Giving 2 stars bc itâs only fair. I appreciate the corporate office having Fabio reach out to me after I had a horrible experience in the drive thru previously. As a former manager for over a decade, it was disheartening that I wasnt listened to three times after explaining my order, was pulled ahead after it was made wrong, then got home and had a totally different order entirely. Weeks later, I came to get my free meal, that I was offered in place. As I walked up to the counter, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told by an employee that âhe WAS the managerâ, and he âwas the oneâ who had spoken to me previously. This was a total lie. He had no idea what I was explaining, offered me a free apple pie and then CHARGED me for it, PLUS two meals. I asked for the actual manager, and a woman walked up briefly. She asked me to PROVE that my free meal was free!! I showed her my email. She simply said, âNOâ I dont know the name of the personâ in the email, and walked away. She didnât READ it, she didnât call the number, or even walk her rude self to the back to SEE my name was in a formal letter. SO, I warned her that all I would need to do was call corporate again, she scoffed and went back to talk smack about me to all the staff. I got corporate on the phone, and she was told by him the situation she was too busy to handle or investigate. The young man at the front was very apologetic and kind, he remedied the situation as she sauntered over, gave me half a refund, and walked away. She never said sorry, never said a kind word. Donât worry maâam! Although Iâm Black⌠I actually SPEAK Spanish⌠so I got your drift that you couldnât be bothered!! đ ALSO, it was THIS âmanagerâ who screwed up my order the FIRST time, look at the irony in that! Looks like I understand the breakdown of her staff. It starts with HER and her nasty attitude. Nobody wants to travel 20 minutes out of my way to try to fake a free order for a fish filet, MIRIAM! Their mobile app has a deal area that has a breakfast sandwich for $1.99 and ice coffee for $.99 cents before 10:30 am. When I bought the items on the mobile app, it said the mount owed was around $3.16 with tax, which I paid through the mobile app. When I picked up my food at this restaurant, the amount they charged me was $10.37, which I later discovered when I was eating my food. The restaurant charged me the full price for these two items. I went back to the restaurant the same day, and I spoke with the assistant manager, Rosa, and she said that she would honor me with a free meal, since they owed me around $7 dollars. I went back to McDonald's the following day during breakfast, and I asked for a deal they have on the mobile app, which it was buy one get one free sandwich for around $4 dollars and change, which is a little bit less cheaper than buying a meal. So, Rosa didn't want to give me my sandwiches, which I explained to her, it's cheaper than the meal and they would still owe me $3 dollars, but I only wanted to the two breakfast sandwiches and not the meal. In the end, they didn't want to honor my request and the manager didn't want to give me his name, took my receipt, and called the police. This place has the worst customer service and the experience was horrible in resolving a simple task. I did call corporate and I let them know how awful and disgraceful this people has treated me. I am a paying customer who got robbed $7. I will never go to this McDonald's again --the worst customer service I've ever had. If they had zero stars, I would definitely give them all the zeros. I came in bought some food and ate my food had a couple drinks down the pool hall which is located not far from this location, i accidently fell asleep for a bit, shouldn't had put my head down. When i wake up i wake up to a police officer serving me a trasspassing notice for 3 years, i been going to this McDonald's since i was 14 years old im apmost 30 , so ive known this place for a while, my evening got ruined by spending the evening at a police station to explain me i had a trasspassing. The people in mc donalds never asked me to leave and when the police took me, the employees where all laughing .All the hispanic ladys in the back. It was so embarrassing and uncall they unfairly judge me and decided to remove me unfairly from the premises. Im very upset and have no mote words for this place, i dont think anyone should bring there kids there or have a coffee and close your eyes from a stressful day unless you wanna end up a free night in jail.
