Burger King — Restaurant in Rockwall

Came to this Burger King because of a road closure that was on interstate 80 on the other side of town or else I would have went to that Burger King that's closer to my home. With myself not having Burger King and multiple months I was definitely craving one of their chicken sandwiches along with their chicken nuggets. I have the Burger King app pulled out and at the ready for my code to get scanned and the cashier informed me that this location does not accept points nor utilize any Burger King points. 🤔. No sweat so I pull up my cash and debit card and order one Whopper, a chicken sandwich, and then I was going to order a 16 piece chicken nuggets but the cashier informed me that it would be cheaper for me to order an eight piece twice because of the cost per nugget is cheaper on the eight piece. I will definitely give the cashier props for this awesome life hack and I will be happy to use it in the future. Because I was craving a milkshake I had asked to purchase a large milkshake but the cashier informed me the only liquid beverages are allowed to be sold in large containers meanwhile the ice creams such as malted milkshakes were only allowed to be sold and a less than medium-sized cup. Normally I'm not a size queen but I guess because of myself being from Texas I'm not used to cups being so small especially for ice cream. I decided to pass on the ice cream and completed my purchase. The price wasn't bad especially for the chicken nuggets which I'm not going to lie they were extremely tasty and freshly cooked or at least reheated in the fryer as I am aware that your nuggets arrive at the restaurant Frozen. Everything was tasty and delicious and even though I had ice cream at home slightly freezer burned to curve my craving for a milkshake I was slightly disappointed I wasn't able to buy a decent sized shake from your establishment. I'm not going to hate on the food in the slightest as I know it is fast food a little salty but everything was delicious. I do wish that this restaurant would improve with the size of the containers permitted for selling shakes as well as letting dedicated Burger King fans use their points system at...

I placed an order through drive-through and when I went to the window, I gave her my Apple Pay to pay for the order she grabbed my phone, went inside on the other counter at the front to charge the card. Then she came back. She said it’s not working. I gave her the phone again and this time she said you have to come in because she’s asking for the pain. I told her to cancel this transaction and I can pay with different credit card, she said OH my God and closed the window on me. I waited there for five minutes and then honk to get their attention that im still waiting and what’s happening she just came to the window. She said you cancel the order. I said no I only asked you to cancel the transaction so that I can use a different card. She said no you have to wait now because I have other customers. I said why is have been waiting here for so long ,this time she closed the window again and left. she totally ignored me. I really hate that burger King thinks that they can get away with doubling the prices on thier menu for us drivers.. like we don't supply them with the food in the 1st place.. a place I went to, to pick up a load on the way out their sign said.. Thank u for driving our success Do u Burger King realize that ur food come to ur place of business by a driver and said drivers goes and get ur food to bring to the storing warehouses so that u have Said food to bring to ur customers. Rather it be at a trk stop r not.. so why in the hell do u think it's ok to hike up the prices on us drivers. Do u not like us. If so.. get the heck out of trk stops. So that the food companies that don't hike up their prices can move in and service us drivers.. u know the saying.. u can catch more flies with honey.. well u could get more money if u weren't trying to kill us out here on prices.. we don't get paid as much as everyone thinks. We have family's n bills and taxes to pay. Not to mention trk maintenance. But it's ok for u to hike up the price dam near double the price then if u were in ur own store, not a trk stop... tist tist, shame on u Burger...
