My review is solely in regards to worker Allison. I went in today and this family in front of me complained about a workers mask. His complaint was if he has to wear a mask that he doesn't like then so should the other workers.. Let me note there was NOTHING wrong with the young man's mask who worked there the man who complained came across of as someone who just wanted to complain. So with his complaining he held up the line. Allison leaned over to these customers and told them she didn't agree with mask policy and didn't like wearing her mask either - I thought to myself who cares you work here follow it. You shouldn't be siding with a customer who is cleary wrong for not wanting to wear a mask number one. When she got to me she never said one moment or anything she stepped away to the back and pulled down her mask off her nose. Not sure why it came across as if she didn't want to serve me. Read moreAs this was my 1st time at a Freebirds establishment, my 1st impressions are as follows: Limited menu items, Selection of drinks, while appearing to be good, all of the ice tea containers were emprty!, The music was so loud, I thought I was at a rock concert!, The employees handling the food did not have any plastic gloves on, With this location being in a "upscale" area (The Village at Allen), the men employees must have thought they were "being cool" with the pants hanging low and showing their underwear! Really! At a fast food restaurant! No class here for sure. Trash was blowing around the patio area. Employees completing their lunch break, returned to behind the counter did NOT wash their hands and were preparing the food!
I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NOT BE GOING TO ANY FREEBIRDS ESTABLISHMENT IN THE FUTURE BASED ON MY 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE.
THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES THAN THIS PLACE.

Read moreBiggest issue was that we had to wait at least 15 minutes to even start ordering. While there were 4 people working. I understand 2 of them were doing online orders but even then I know a customer had to wait 10 minutes for his online order to be done. We have been ti other locations and the food was great, but the rice was crusty multiple times while other times it was mushy. The young lady that helped us was very polite, but I don't know if it was just that it's loud behind the counter, or if she was just focused on the task she was doing because we had to repeat our self multiple times. But again she was very helpfull
I know that there is only so fast people can work, but when you are scoopimg multiple times because the tomatoes are basically empty go get another container of tomatoes instead of spending 3 minutes trying to fish out the ones...
