I ordered and then gave a code that I received from an email that entitled me to 2 free bagels. Ana the person on the register told me.I could not use that code without having a receipt. Told her I did not have a receipt and that I had received the code via email. She promptly told me that no I would have done the survey from a receipt and i'm supposed to write the code on the receipt and then come back in with the receipt and the code. I explained that I actually received an email from einstein asking for a review and did not do it from the receipt. I then received a code via email. She continued to tell me she could not use the code. Ultimately gave me the disc candle using some kind of code which she says was her own code. She also kept trying to say something about the app and the code being on the app, which, of course it is not. Then when she finally gave us a price minus feet bagel. I said, well, do you want my phone number so that you can, let's give me credit for the items I purchased? She then said, so, you do have the app and laughed at me. I told her to not talk to me like I was stupid. She gave me the cups for our coffee, which also seen unusual for this location, normally gets the coffee and does not have coffee out on the counter. I went to the coffee station to get my coffee.And they were out of hazelnut vanilla. I went back to the counter to say you're out of hazelnut vanilla. She took my cup from me and walked over to the coffee thing, and tilted it to get what coffee was remaining in it. There was nothing in it and then she proceeded to tell me. I was supposed to push the button on the top to start.I knew think of puppThere was nothing in it and then she proceeded to tell me. I was supposed to push the button on the top to start. A new thing of coffee. This actually is not what I should have done, because there was no coffee holder and filter in there to start a new run. And I think this is actually their job to make sure that they have adequate coffee ready. She continued to treat me like I was completely stupid and then was talking about us in Spanish to other employees.
I do not actually like this location because of most of the staff.But unfortunately, it is the closest one to us since we moved to Heartland. I am not sure what the owner of this franchise needs to do to get this team and gear, but they're attitude and service level are...

But the food is terrible to what I used to get at enisteins. Iām not sure if itās just this location or just corporate greed and their shrinkflation (making the portion sizes smaller to keep the price the same) but the food is realllllly a hit or miss. More times a miss. Today, I ordered a maple house egg sandwich for the first time. Iāll show pictures of what I was supposed to get, vs what I receivedā¦.. McDonaldās is literally better than this. Cheaper, and At least the quality is consistent. No syrup, and each bite you get so much more bagel than filling.
I also ordered my favorite chorizo sunrise egg sandwich and sometimes itās good (always skimpy on fillings) but today it was just terrible. The avocado chunks were so hard and unripe. Not a pleasant eating experience at all. Very disappointed and I donāt see myself...

Did not catch her name but she seemed to be the manager as she successfully guided her crew through an extremely busy lunch hour; drive-thru line wrapped around the parking lot and order line inside wrapped around the lobby! Not only did she efficiently guide her staff through the lunch rush, she worked diligently right alongside staff to push through & praised her staff once lunch rush came to a slow. She was very friendly and made our first-time experience very welcoming. My husband and I also witnessed her handle a very rude/entitled customer with such professionalism and grace & was able to quickly diffuse the situation without causing a stop in the workflow of her staff š WOW!! I give this fine & new establishment 5 STARS!! āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Food was delicious & a wonderful choice for lunch after church.
