Hashira Vape Shop — Local services in Rockwall

Marco is the sole reason I’m writing this review.

I was driving down Ridge Road, and my motorcycle’s chain slipped out, stalling my bike in the middle of the intersection. The funniest part is that it happened right in front of a police officer—a civil servant meant to help anyone, or so I assumed.

I waddled my bike onto the sidewalk and then uphill into the Hashira Vape Shop parking lot. I walked into the vape shop and was greeted by Marco. From that point forward, a moment of frustration and stress became peaceful.

I explained to him what happened—at least with the bike—and he offered me somewhere to sit and even gave me a water bottle. (You don’t see that too often nowadays.) I watched a YouTube video and then went to work on my bike.

Not too long after, Marco came out with a toolbox. I have a genuine appreciation for good people and good service. In a situation where a random police officer and a random civilian had an equal chance to make a difference, Marco stepped up to the plate.

Thank you to the three businesses around that lent a hand so I could get home.

I have been buying from Hashira for a couple of years now. I am always amazed at how knowledgeable the staff is. The atmosphere is fantastic and the customer service is ALWAYS on point. I’ve price checked all over Rockwall and you will not find any better prices than here. Wally and Fahad are the owners and they are simply amazing. They rarely have turnover and the employees, Bryce, Angel and the new guy Carlos, are PHENOMENAL. You will find what you need in a clean, friendly and professional environment....

I’ve tried to go to this place, and call this place multiple times while they were supposedly “open”

They are never open when they say they will be, on fathers day they said they’d be open at ten, I arrived at 10:20 to the lights still off and one really weird dude waiting outside.

Overall, I’m not sure how this place has such good ratings if they don’t even answer their phone or open on time.
