Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rockwall

Horrible experience at this location last week. First we tried calling in our order and when that wasn't working we went to order it at the store. When we ordered the cashier said they were out of breadsticks. How does that happen? Then after ordering, while waiting for my order, watching the kids working that night horse around cussing at each other, our order is finished. The cashier has to ask 2 of the other boys to box it up because his hand is burned. Then one finally comes over to to do it. The cashier with the burned hand drops our cinnamon bites on the floor and instead of telling me what is going on or asking someone to make more to replace them, he rushes out the back door where all the others follow him. Leaving me up front alone. 1 kid at the back door to hold it open. I then called on the one I could see to ask why they weren't making another one for us. The kid that said he was in charge tells me he was trying to get the cashier to come make another one for us. Why would the cashier do it, I don't know! I mentioned that instead of everyone going to the back door someone should have figured out what happened and fixed the problem. He gets an attitude with me, rolls his eyes and still does not ask someone to make another one. Rolling his eyes was the end for me I ask for my money back he rolled his eyes again calls the cashier back and refunds my money. This is my first time ordering little Caesar’s but will be my last too! Ordered uber eats, somehow either the driver missed the order or the restaurant didn’t double check if the order is correct before given to the driver. Anyway I miss a whole pizza and a sauce. Once I find out, I called both uber eats and this store, the response from this store I got was they can’t do anything, I will have to drive out there to get my missing pizza! Then what is the point of ordering delivery service, so ask to talk to a manager, the girl that pick up phone line claimed that she is the manager and trying to stop me talking further, in the middle of talking she hung up, I called back again and try to figured out what can they have done, got hung up again, I called the third time and sick and tired of getting hung up, so I asked for her name so I can report this issue to the cooperation, she then totally changed her story that she no longer is the manager and said “even you talk to the manger will be the same result”. And I was like you told me you are the manager and now you change your story to stay out of trouble when I wanna report this matter to the cooperate. This girl sounds like a teenager that doesn’t want to work and trying to brush off issues with customer. Anyway, report this fake manger to the cooperate regardless, because this is not acceptable! If I could, I would absolutely give them NO stars. They are literally poor service the manager both of them are awful and rude they don’t really take care of what they’re supposed too . The lady also told me on the phone the manager should I say that the people that were up there making the pizza that they have to cover that cost of the pizza for you I said no, ma’am that is not right .so I would not recommend your kids working for them either 😡They messed up our order and they said that we have to pay for another one because we don’t have a picture to prove it. Considering we have a date and time on the receipt and what we ordered. I even told him we have three pieces in the fridge. I could take a picture of that and they said oh no you can’t do that we have to literally have half the pizza back and I said, but you just said take a picture he said yeah we can’t do that. I’m considering it was 9 o’clock at night and we tried calling several of times we even called them at 8:45 no answer and come to find out they actually close at 9 they said we have to bring the pizza back or take a picture of it for proof OK but considering it was late why wouldn’t you eat it right because you’re hungry ridiculous.
