Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockwell

My family has eaten Domino’s Pizza for years, and we’ve always enjoyed it. We’ve never had any problem at the Albemarle or Mount Pleasant locations we frequent with either pick-up or delivery. On our way home from Salisbury, we decided to stop at the Rockwell location, and we regret the decision.

This was absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had with any food establishment. From call-in to pick-up, everything about our order was mishandled by a kitchen full of employees. When we arrived (in plenty of time for the pizza to be ready), we were told it had not yet been placed in the oven. While waiting, we had to endure the repeated usage of the “F” bomb by one particular employee, and we observed much disorganization in the kitchen and take-out area. Three additional times we were told that our order would be ready in minutes. After over 45 minutes, we were told that the pizza had never even been made and were offered a free 2 liter drink as a consolation while we would again have to wait for our order. When we refused, cancelled our order and asked for a refund of our money, we were first (somewhat rudely) told that it was not possible. When we protested, we were told the charge could be cancelled on our card, but it would take several days. Even this process took too long at the register. There was no effort at a heart-felt apology when we left the building.

I’m not sure if it’s this way every day at this Domino’s location, but I know that our family will never waste our time in this...

Friendly employees fast service the food is hot the gluten free pizza is so yummy. I retract my positive review here's why. I ordered some wings a little over a week ago. I got a call that my order was cancelled I asked why and I was told there was a limit. This was not posted on their website. So my husband placed the order instead it was about 50 dollars of wings. My daughter and husband went to go pick up the orders and the manager processed to scold my daughter that this was the last time dominos would fulfill this wing order because there was a limit again this was not stated on their website or posted anywhere in the store. The manager was extremely rude and belittled my daughter for something we had no clue about and paying for. I call and spoke to her and again she was extremely rude I understand there is a limit but they really should have posted that information online and in their store. I will not be going to this location again or any dominos papa John's or pizza hut will have my business and friends and families as well. It wasn't about the wings I would have payed extra but to be treated like I had committed a crime was not right. Dominos communication is the key and training your employees how to talk to customers in a professionally manner would be something you should do. Dominos has no culture or...

We will never ever give them anymore business and we ordered 3 to 4 times a week and gave good tips but no more! I hate to even give a star the female manager is very rude as well as the employees 3 hour wait for delivery and was never told it would take that long and food was cold and wrong husband and I both complained and manager was extreamly rude about it. Then I placed and order on line money was taken out of account but refused to make pizza cursed my husband even though he showed them proof of purchase and husband was told he wasn't going to be given free food made him very mad the took almost $50 but no food . Manager upset my husband they shared words told him to leave even after we were told to come on in show proof and they would make the pizza but changed their minds. Husband calls and told me manager was rude . So I call myself to find out I get cursed at and threatened the law called on me for calling to ask what was going on and was told they would never be back to deliver at our address ever again! So I called home office and was told I would be contacted back that day but never heard anything back to this day! Guess I'll be given Corporate another call about this Franchise!
