Hey can I get back the money you've stolen from me? Placed the order through the hardees app at 7:45pm, got to the store and walked in to pick it up at 7:54pm & was yelled at and told the lobby was closed - the store hours state theyre open until 9pm and the online order instructions state to go in the store and get the order at the counter and the door was unlocked...but sure scream that I need to use the drive through. I then had to then sit in the drive through line for 10 additional minutes to then be informed that they had no tenders (so why not contact me and let me know?) And that they wouldn't be refunding the order and I needed to figure it out because I ordered in the hardees app. Left with nothing, but apparently it's now my responsibility as the customer to find a way to cancel the order that the store marked as completed - of which I received NOTHING. I was also advised that Hardee's is not affiliated with the Hardee's app and that the Hardee's app is a 3rd party ordering service for when I want to order Hardee's....make that make sense for me. Please refund this order immediately. Also, the contact ph# included for issues with the order is a wireless number that's no longer in service and I've tried every other way to contact customer service which apparently...
   Read moreWe have never had a problem with this location until yesterday 5/24/25. My wife and I ordered 2 of the $6.99 Value Bags at the drive-thru and went to a local park to enjoy them. We were the only people in the drive-thru with the exception of a customer who was asked to pull forward to wait on a order. When we received our order we didn't check the bag as we have never had a issue in the past. When we got to the park and my wife started checking the bag she discovered that the chicken wrap that was part of her bag was left out. I called the restaurant and jokingly told them that we really enjoyed the chicken wrap that they forgot to.put in the bag. I was instructed to bring the receipt back and they would make it good. Everything was fine until I returned to the restaurant. The "Manager" rudely informed me that she DID INDEED put that chicken wrap in the bag and the cashier chimed to give her 2 cents worth. I felt like I was being called a liar and I even offered bring the bag back in along with my wife to vouch for it. No response to that but they reluctantly made it. NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING. This will be our last visit to this Hardee's!! I DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT APPRECIATE being accused of lying about a $2.00...

The employees on second shift acts like itâs killing them to give you service. I mean they didnât act like that when they filed out the application. If they didnât want to do the job. Then why fill out the application to begin with? And you deleting your star âď¸ meal deal. I bought 2 of these at least three days a week. What are you thinking đ¤? Are you trying to run off all of your business? And then your sign on the window said open until 9 oâclock. But yet at 8 oâclock they are saying we are closed. Is Hardeeâs here going by central time? I want be back. Until you can hire people that wants to work. Hardeeâs has never been this bad. Definitely not to a paying customer. You need to close the doors. Give your people more money đ°. And the service gets worse. Or absolutely sucks. I donât get it. As far as dining in. I walked out. I recommend everyone not eating here. The service sucks. The hamburgers are dry. Like they was served from the night before. And you get less and less on fries...
