McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockwell

Ya know it isnt worth my time to ever return to this place. I asked and paid for extra oreos in a mcflurry and there were just a few on top not even mixed in. I was told that the machine has been broken for over a year and to mix it myself...that's a lie cause I just got a mixed one the week before.Then I asked for spoons....cause I mean we cant eat without them. I noticed my fudge sundae didn't have the extra fudge that I asked and paid for so again the manager told me that it was extra fudge and I said no it is not. I always get extra fudge and they put it on the top and bottom and there was only a small amount on the top. She gave a few extra oreos but after I complained about the fudge she said there was a food shortage and slammed the drive through door in my face and told me the police were on the way. Anyways I pulled over to wait wondering why she even called the police and noticed that she locked the doors...so now customers couldn't get in. I decided to leave and call another store to try and complain and notify management of how this store was being ran but still have not received a call back. They must not care. I dont either but I will never return. This manager lady is really crazy. I cannot believe that I was treated like this because I complained about paying for something that I didn't get. There has been 2 other times I had bad service from this mcdonalds and the one on peeler road...owned by the same person. They dont seem to care that the people they have working for them are rude! I will drive to kannapolis before I drive right down the road to...

You know how you get a craving for something and you just can't shake it? Well, Friday night we were out and about and we had a craving for a good old fashioned McDonald's cheeseburger. Apparently, so did everyone else as the drive thru was packed! We waited in line just long enough so you're at the point where you've committed yourself to the line, haven't ordered yet and are like, "man, I'm not that hungry!" Anyway, we waited, ordered 2 cheeseburgers with mustard only, fries, a 10 piece nugget and a coke zero. After a extended wait, we finally received our food. This was the absolute worst excuse for food I've ever had! The burger buns were hard, the nuggets were cold and looked like they had been stepped on with fries that seemed like they had been cooked 20 minutes ago. I try to be as accommodating as I can with these reviews but this is ridiculous. We pulled the burger off the bun, ate the paper thin meat disc , struggled to swallow a few fries, and between the 2 of us , ate 6 nuggets and threw that crap away!!! Oh McDonald's, you disappoint me. As fake as the food is, it should at least make it out of the parking lot. For $18.23, the lesson is, you can't go back to the 80s and 90s when even though it was bad, it was still pretty good. Sorry McDonald's,...

Received a drink with a set of contacts dried up on the blisters on the lid, tryed to call ( Rockwell nc location) couldn't get an answer just a fax machine beep sound after a few rings, so I took the cup and the contacts back up to the store, the manager who I just found out her name from another person at a gas station ( girl wasn't wearing a name tag) , she then proceeds to tell me that nobody there wears contacts. OK so I was like look when y'all mess my order up,and sometimes its messed up so bad I have to go to Hardee's or somewhere to get more food cuz they gave me somebody else's order, I don't come back here and complain , but this is nasty! She didn't apologize or even try to make it right, I didn't want anything I just thought as a manager she would care enough to pretend to care ,but no she just kept saying nobody wears contacts they all wear glasses, like I'm going to waist my time and gas to bring her back something nasty. Instead of being defensive maybe the employees of this location should think just maybe somebody would indeed do that to...
