Bojangles — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

I had the worst experience there today. I used the drive thru because I ordering for my family of 5. Placed our order, got to the window, was told by cashier it would be 3 mins on my 5 orders of Bo Rounds, I said that would be fine, then paid for our order, then was instructed to pull up, and they would bring it out, so I pulled up; seven minutes went pass, so I decided to go inside, as I was approaching the counter, there was an older adult at the counter complaining about how long she'd been waiting on her breast dinner, and she was dining inside, they told her it would would be 3 mins on chicken, and she was disappointed, because she had already been waiting 20 minutes inside in the dining area; once I approach the counter I explained to the front line female employee that I'd been waiting outside for my 3 sausage biscuits, 2 sausage/egg biscuits, and my 5 Bo Rounds, she then called over to the female drive thru employee and asked her how long would it be on my order, the female employee then proceeded to scream out the drive thru window at the car that she had given food to, and they were driving off at that moment, to stop, and that she had just given them my order, which I'd already been waiting for, for about 15 mins now, I was highly upset, but I decided wait for fresh food, at least I thought, by this time, my husband has peeped his head in to call my name, and find out what was taking sooo long, because our 3 little ones was also growing inpatient; I explained to him our dilemma, then he was upset, but returned to the car; once they give me my food, there is a couple behind me, and the lady who'd driven off earlier from the drive thru with my food was in the line, and she was highly upset too; I don't hesitate to check my order right then and there, and I'm glad I did, because they only gave me 3 sausage biscuits, and 5 orders of Bo Rounds, but I was STILL missing my 2 sausage/egg biscuits, so I stood there angry while they made those 2 items, and wasn't offered anything for my long wait. I don't recommend this particular Bojangles store to anyone, because once I reached my home, which is about less than 7 miles away from that Bojangles, our biscuits was dry, crumbling, hard, and cold just at the touch, the sausage was dry and cold. My entire family was disappointed, and we won't be returning to that establishment, because the employees never showed any sympathy at the fact that THEY were screwing our orders up time and time...

This morning around 10 a.m., my husband and I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The person taking our order was extremely rude and impatient. Every time my husband tried to speak or ask a question, she cut him off mid-sentence, not even giving him a chance to finish. Her tone was nasty and dismissive—at one point, she even said something like “it comes with sides… so which one do you want?” in a condescending way.

When customers come to an establishment and spend their hard-earned money, they deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and kindness. You never know what someone might be going through that day, and a little grace can go a long way. It costs nothing to be kind.

I hope this employee—and the management—will take this feedback seriously. Working in customer service means understanding the value of every interaction. Next time, please consider how you treat the people who keep your business going. Respect and courtesy should never...

I went through drive through doing lunch hour yesterday they weren’t extremely busy I ordered my food got to window and was asked to pull up because I asked for fries no seasoning I pulled up and waited almost 15 minutes for fries 🍟! The lady who was cleaning parking lot brought my food no bag no gloves I had several orders because I was picking up for myself and coworkers. They handed my drinks with no cup tray luckily I have several cupholders in my car I had to use front and back. When I got back to work I had the smallest chicken wings and they were lukewarm warm not even hot and fresh and it was lunch time. I asked for honey and ketchup they put hot sauce and ketchup in box.
