Just left Starbucks on 2/12/20 at 130pm. I ordered 18 drinks for a physicians office. The man up front who took my order was amazing and so kind. I definitely didn’t mind waiting because my order was so large that I just took a seat until I saw my order come up. The woman who I interacted with at the counter was the absolute rudest employee of any establishment I have ever come into contact with. There was a woman in front of me waiting for her drinks who kindly asked her for ice, the employee (Brianne), commented “well isn’t that perfect” while she threw the ice water in the sink and moaned and groaned about having to fill a cup up with water. I continuously thanked her for her help in getting my large order together and never once got a “you’re welcome” or anything other than a smirk and attitude. When I thought all of my drinks were out, I asked her if that was all of them.. (I had carried most out to my car since I had so many). Her response was “that’s your responsibility to know that, why don’t you go check.” I was in absolute disbelief at the treatment. As I walked out to my car, she mumbled “you go do that” after I politely said I would go check and let her know. This employee has no regard for customer service or satisfaction AT ALL! I don’t understand why people work in places where they have to interact with people when they are so rude and have no regards to people’s feelings and needs. I am still in shock at how people were being treated by this employee. I immediately called the number for this location and asked for her name. The man, Josh, who answered the phone said he believes it was Brianne. I will absolutely be writing corporate an email at this...
Read moreok, so first, we came in, expecting the starbucks experience, but nooo, we were very wrong. we continued to wait for the TWO employees populating this empty (now i can see why) space. we waited for at least 5 minutes, and u know some of yall seeing this review will think “ bruh it’s just five minutes,” and yes, that’s quite true. patience is a virtue, until you make eye contact with one of the employees 6 times but they are either on their phone or helping other customers (which is understandable). Now, the only reason i’m leaving this review with one star is because of the bathroom part: so basically i was and to pee my pants ( sorry for saying that, but it happens to everybody) trying to get in the bathroom, but starbucks has this stupid bathroom situation that you need a code to RELIEVE YOURSELF. anyways, i got the code, no biggie, but it was wrong, and i was over here dying but they didn’t care.FINALLY got into the bathroom, but actually i was abt to pee and poo my pants (sorry again) but anyways, there wasn’t ANY toilet paper, but i did find some, it was just hidden for SOME REASON, anyways, NEVER go to this starbucks, because they are falling off and they either can’t find employees, or their employees hate their job. anyways, just...
Read moreI recently visited my local ⭐️. I always order the grande double chocolatey chip creme frapp. This is my absolute go to drink. I placed the order and pulled up to the window and see the young lady making the drink and almost poured a whole container of cookies in the mix before blending it. Now, if I wanted cookies I would have ordered their drink that is similar to the drink I normally order. However, the young lady was about to take my payment and I had to ask her if they were out of Java chips and she replied “yeah for now”. My response to her was that she was just going to give me something that I did not order instead of letting me know they were out of Java chips. I no longer wanted the drinks. You were going to give me something that I did not order and just substitute cookies for Java chips and not give me an option to decide on whether or not I wanted that particular drink. That is completely unacceptable. I was a bit upset that they attempted to have me pay for something that I did not order and attempted to recreate the drink that I ordered. Complete fraud and unacceptable. Needless to say I have...
