Brian's Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!! As a air force military family still serving we deserve better! We called the Rocky Mount non-emergency police number and I was told an officer would have been sent right over but I didn't keep my receipt that I left sitting on the counter beside food I didn't order. I just wanted to get far away from that place as I could. We left with no food or money after I brought it to the cashier's attention that I didn't order a low carb chicken cheesesteak or chili cheese fries which are specific items that I never said by phone with active duty husband listening during our pick up order by phone. The order that was on the grill ticket taped to the bag listed was low carb chicken cheesesteak and chili cheese fries that was handed to me. We was charged over 20 dollars and paid in full as I politely waited for our food we ordered or was never asked to make it. The cashier stood behind register and I felt ignored right before I walked out. Prior to leaving I brought it to the cashier's attention that I didn't order the food specified on the grill ticket taped to the bag that was handed to me and the cashier said they can't give a refund for food already prepared. Keep your receipt!!! The cashier also said they stuck me up here in my presence. The cashier had time to tell other customers behind me reason I got discount was I paid with cash and they are using a card and they are leaving with a full belly handing them change and saying well your not broke. Military discount can be used with cash or card and we have lived across the pond that's a entitlement we have earned and should not be underminded. I also ordered two small pepsi products by phone after being asked would I like to add on something to drink and when I asked for the drinks I was told no I didn't by the cashier and I said yes I did. The cashier then said well you ordered a water and diet pepsi. I then left everything there with no intent to return without a officer. Will not...

I will NEVER go back to this place. I ordered a meal online, at 11:51 to be picked up at 2:00. When I went in to pick up my order the lady said they had run out of the meal I ordered. And they had charged my card!!!! I am beyond upset. If I paid for a meal you need to hold that meal for me especially if you charge my card for it. When I asked to speak with the Manager, one lady said the manager wasn't in. The another waitress named Tina states that he is in and she goes back to check to see if he is available to come out. If you are running are good business and you have a angry customer outside, you need to be a real manager and come out to make sure that customer is happy. The manager never came out and I will never go back to this place again. I have also written to the local paper about this incident, because this is not the first time this has happened. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The funny part is this is what his website states "Oh, yes, when ordering on-line, the customer only need pop into the diner and, wouldn’t you know it, the homemade food will be waiting. And best of all, on-line orders will come initially with a 10% of discount on all menu items."

My food was certainly not waiting! Rocky Mount is very small and word gets around quick. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

If you want something that is mouth, watering, scrumptious and superb, I highly recommend that getting their philly cheesesteak sandwich, and they're chicken philly steak sandwiche. Both sandwiches came with onions. They asked if I wanted peppers, and I said, absolutely when they came out, the bread is So soft, the meat is tender. The cheese is gooey. They're made to order. So they're not cooked until you order them. The staff ( christina I believe, was her name. She said to just call her Chris.) was a definite five star and the rest of the staff were amazing and worked like a well oiled machine. I was sitting at the counter, so I was able to hear the commodory between all of them and it was just so nice. None of them had any attitudes.They were extremely busy , but still made each person feel like they were important. This is going to be my absolute new favorite place, and that's saying something because my husband is a traveling nurse. And we've been in many different states. Hands down they were the best Philly sandwiches. I've had if I could give them more than five stars, I would. So thank you for making my first trip there amazing. So my husband's 1st day off. I'm...
