Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

Worst experience ever! Took over 10 minutes for someone to even come to my table just to say she’d be right back which another 8 minutes or so went by. My wife then proceeds to tell the waitress we would like to go ahead and order our food after our family gives our drink order. Mid way through giving our drink order she interrupts us and ask “ what we wanna eat “. So I finish giving my kids drink order then we all give our food order. They didn’t have wedges, fine cool, after every one orders she comes back in 5-7 minutes to tell us she didn’t have a certain sauce for my son’s order.. keep in mind after all this time we still haven’t got napkins or silverware just to add. We eventually get our drinks and then another 15-20 min go by and we finally get our food, however, my wife’s order wasn’t right at all, my son and daughter never got their ranch dipping sauce and neither of them never got their celery sticks.. at this time we still never get any napkins and silverware. My wife asks about her burger ( because they gave her the wrong order ) and the waitress says it’s coming off the grill now. 10 minutes go by and we flag her down to ask for our ranches for my kids wings and she then puts her finger up and says “ wait one minute “so then my wife says never mind my burger please remove it , it’s taken too long , my family has done ate and are almost done and we still haven’t got our sauces, utensils, and napkins. So then 5 minutes goes by and she brings our ranches and walks off. a manager comes by around 5 minutes to ask my wife what’s going on. My wife tells her and we think everything will be ok going forward.. We ask for to go boxes and the manager says she will still give my wife her burger so she could still eat at home so she wouldn’t have nothing at no cost. The waitress then eventually brings our napkins and silverware ( at the time we are ready to leave ). We are waiting on our check so 6 minutes go by and we flag another waitress down to cash out because our waitress at this point is MIA. Get home so my wife could eat and her burger is a complete mess. Keep in mind, my wife and I know how this place is supposed to work, we both worked here, front of the house and back of the house and it is by far not the same as it used to be. WORST...

Glad there is finally a place in town where you can watch all the football games on Sunday and UFC pay per views. Unfortunately most of the staff is incredibly inattentive, and the food is sub par compared to other Bdubs I've visited. In four visits I've only been greeted once without having to return to the host stand, stop someone or find a manager. In one instance I had to do two of the three after returning to the host stand yielded no results. I wouldn't consider myself a terribly patient person, but I did give whoever was supposed to be my server or whoever was supposed to assign me one several minutes before trying to find someone on my own. Today my step-father told me about going there to get a meal yesterday, being sat and then promptly ignored for what he estimated to be about ten minutes before having to stop someone to receive service. (That is what prompted me to wright this review) I will say that they do have a decent selection of craft beers, though their prices are a bit high when compared to most bars in the area. A price I wouldn't mind paying if I didn't have to wait so long to have my order taken. I will admit though that my patience will drain quickly if I can see my beer dying in the well after being poured. In the end, I will surely return from time to time for access to sporting events. But that is the only draw, and otherwise it is a place I will probably avoid as a direct result of the service I have...

The restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full and we had to wait 15 minutes. Our waitress didn't come until we had been seated for over 15 minutes. Another young man was all over the place trying to help people and if it wasn't for him I never would have gotten drinks. When our food came, we got two of the three appetizers. But we had to wait about 15 minutes for the Southwest ranch for the onion rings and about half an hour for our tater tots. My actual waitress never came to fill drinks. Again it was the other young man who tended to this. I have been here for an hour without napkins. I saw my waitress just three times in an hour and a half. Once when she finally took our order. She checked on us once and then the last time was to bring us our bill without asking if we needed anything else. Completely unacceptable service on her part. After she returned my check, she said that she was thankful for her serving buddy because her doctor told her to slow down. She is pregnant. I can sympathize with this but if you can't do your job then you need to be in a different position. She did give us our two teas for free. This rating would be a one of not for the other young man busting his butt to help so many different tables. Thankfully the food was good. I made sure to thank the young man (Vio not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly) and gave him a little bit of cash since the ticket was not in his name. Shame that I couldn't...
