Cant say enough praises for this office! I had several phone conversations with the ladies at the office they were always cheerful, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to try to help me. Kevin who scheduled our delivery was eager to accommodate my schedule for the delivery and was as much a joy to deal with as the ladies. Jeremy who delivered our order and set it up was as accommodating of our needs as he was considerate of our home and he made sure to go over all aspects regarding the operation of our equipment and answer any questions thoroughly. He was completely knowledgeable and compassionate while working with a 3 year old "helper". Couldn't have asked for a better experience if it were my family offering the service. I called a week ago to get oxygen tanks delivered before I left for a trip today. I was told 4 times that tanks would be delivered the next day. Today-- the day I am scheduled to leave I am told that I can't cant the tanks because I need a 5 year recert for supplemental oxygen. If I were told this last week I could have taken care of it already. Now I have to cancel my travel plans which is and inconvenience to other people and a disappointment to myself.because I don't have the needed oxygen. I have had nothing but confusion from Respracare , Adapthealth and Family Medical Supply since these companies merged. Who to call, what rules are, what to expect---I haven't been able to depen on them for...

Got off to a rocky start. First two machines malfunctioned. Was told by James that someone would be out next day to replace with concentrator & tanks. No one showed up and no one called. The following morning Austin came out, arrived right on time with needed concentrator and portable tanks. Everything went smoothly and so far is working well.
