I give it one start cause that's the only way I can post this but they need negative stars... I was foolish enough to shop here for over 6 years and I came back after one bad experience and ever since it has been down hill from there I spend beyond my limits with these guys and all they do is take and they don't stand by their products they don't honor any promise they make please and I am a business owner myself please don't go here you will regret it... unless you just filthy rich and don't care where your money is wasted don't shop here... I REPEAT DONT SHOP HERE NOR ICE TRAY THEY HAVE THE SAME OWNER AND HE IS AS CROOKED AS THE LETTER Z... I PUT MY RIGHT HAND TO GOD THAT THIS IS A ROBBERY WITHOUT WEAPONS IS...

If I could give a negative in stars I would. I just spent almost $5000 with this store at Christmas time. My fiancé ring was damaged so I brought it to them to repair . first of all they should have repaired the ring at no charge, but the owner told me it would be a $50 charge to repair. When we came back To get the ring, they tried to charge me $80. And argued with me about it . After I argued with the owner about what price he told me He did honor the $50. I should not have had to have that conversation with him at all. I will not and don’t recommend anybody in the Rocky Mount or North Carolina area doing business...

I ordered a custom piece with Mike along with a ring, and it was a disaster experience. I showed him exactly how I wanted it before I left. Went to pick it up and it’s NOT how we discussed! He said I would have to pay more to fix it and very nonchalant about it. I expressed how I felt about having to pay and he talked junk to me and said I could leave remind you I just spent 1,000!
