Update: For what it's worth the day manager met me when I came back the next day requesting a full refund and honored the request with no questions asked. He apologized and said there were a number or horrible problems the night before with his staff that should have never happened. I was impressed with his professionalism and fast handling of the situation. I've already given them another chance and was pleased. The manager is going places, he deserves a promotion.
Honestly there should be a negative star option. Beware if you order online, they WILL charge you even if they don't have any food in stock. Yes, they are supposed to contact you if there's an issue but they didn't with me. So instead of jalapeño bacon bread, I got bread with no bacon and one single jalapeño. Instead of 2 garden salads there were two ceaser salads. The app had no problem taking the 25% tip I gave, trying to be understanding of working in the retail industry myself, or the $3 delivery charge but the person behind the counter didn't do anything when I returned and explained the problem, only saying they were out. I don't want 20% off of my next order either... I let it go last time you were short a salad and again didnt call me but still.charged me. I'll be picking up my free 3 garden salads and bread soon along with my $3 redelivery fee. I'll also give them the option of tipping me for my trouble. The contact info is there for a reason. Read moreAbsolutely the worst managed restaurant I've ever ordered from! I have tried multiple times to give it the benefit of the doubt. I am always very specific with my order, which is not a big deal...cut into squares and we'll done. Both are options to select when ordering online. Almost 100% of the time, they never read the notes...which again, is a very clear option on the orser form. 3 times workers said, "oh, yeah, we never look at the special request notes. Last time though...wow! I ordered, picked up...not in squares or we'll done. Offered to remake, said great, I'll wait. Surprise, surprise...THEY ACTUALLY DID THE SAME EXACT THING! I thought it was a joke, just messing with me. The assistant manager was right there making a pizza, and was either to cowardly, embarrassed or just really bad manager...threw cashier under bis and never bothered to walk the 5 or 6 steps to the register to address the problem. Unbelievable! Easy to understand why you never see workers last more than a month. Quality control, customer satisfaction and management or training is non-existent! Too bad because I love their pizza. Moved my business to Papa John's. Steer clear of this store if yiu actually want what you bought...
Read moreUpdate: Gave them another chance after months. Staff wore no gloves, scratching themselves wiping their faces, and eating off the toppings line. The girl at the register said that the pizza goes through the oven - soooo. I asked if she thinks that sterilizes it. She said yes. When I asked if they should be eating wiping and scratching, she said NO! They shouldn't be doing that. Then she left the register after handling money, went to the line and started making pizza without gloves or washing her hands. Nasty place. Stay away.
I will give them ONE MORE CHANCE and then, I'm done. All three orders have been wrong. EVEN AFTER CALLING THE MANGER! and telling my story, he added a few dollars to my account (I didn't care about that), and then, ... Called in a pickup order. The incompetent staff didn't know their own coupons/orders! They kept trying to push a combination of 2-3 other orders on me. Sad place.
