I don't know where to start but I will start somewhere all my years of going to this Pizza Inn I have had good amazing experiences but tonight was by far the worst đ I won't take my stars away because of one bad experience but tonight was pure ridiculousness first NO PIZZA REALLY AND NO CHOCOLATE PIZZA SMH AND second the waiter seemed nice my husband order the drinks when we first sat down I went to the restroom came back got the kids plates of food sat them down we go to get our food and while we are gone the waiter became sneaky because when we left the table he asked our kids how old are they now while he is asking my kids this my 12 year old is telling him how old they are but my 4 year old she is telling him my daughter is lying and now my 4 year old is giving him a bunch of different ages I guess confusing him my kids never told me this until I got the bill and seen the ages and my bill was $83 then my 12 year old told me why it looked like that and why it was high so I went to the front because at this point he was not being professional to me he could have asked us and asked me for birth certificates if he felt like I was going to lie but anyways I was to the front to get my order fixed and to use my coupons the girl at the front I guess she felt like I was lying I was like well let me go to the car and get my kids birth certificates then she started to believe me and then I asked to use a coupon home girl blew her breath applied with an attitude long story short I paid but I will never again go because not that long ago a guy said they did him the same way assumed he was lying about his kids ages I don't know who lie to y'all but i don't lie and I didn't like the way I was treated like I'm broke and got to lie I have six kids every where I go is high so I'm use to it but I'm done going that was too much for nothing and dplua I paid almost a $100 and they had the same Pizza and no chocolate chip pizza 𤌠but I wish the business nothing but...
Read moreOne of the worst feelings is preparing to have your first meal of the day and not being able to indulge due to terrible customer service. I went to Pizza Inn in Rocky Mount and ordered a small cheesy bread and pizzert on my lunch break. After pulling into the drive through I was asked to pull up as my food needed a few more minutes. After waiting over thirty minutes I realized I needed to head back to work in order to avoid being late so I pulled back into the drive through to get an ETA on my order and advised that I needed to head back to work and would take a refund if it would take much longer. The young lady at the window asked me to hold on and shortly after a manager (Gary Adams is the name I was provided) came to the window with my money in hand and stated âhear you goâ, no ETA, no explanation, not even a simple apology or explanation for the delay. I kindly stated âmay I ask what has taken so longâ and he responded âI donât know, sorry we didnât meet your expectationsâ in the rudest and most sarcastic tone. This not only hurt my feelings but changed my entire perspective on the Pizza Inn that I grew up enjoying. The same Pizza Inn that I select to host my childâs party every year and the same Pizza Inn that I patronize several times monthly. Iâm hurt and I have never in my 15 plus years of supporting Pizza Inn have I had such a rude experience with a manager. Aside from being hurt I will be forced to work the remainder of my 12 hour shift without any food. Once my favorite restaurant in Rocky Mount to just another restaurant with horrible customer service along with the rest. My experience today reminded me that no matter how kind or patient you are with someone that rude and mean people are just that and no amount of training can take that...
Read morePizza inn is not as good as it used to be in the past. If you go in there between 5 to 6 p.m. then your selections are limited. The buffet is bare bones. They don't put out many pizza's until almost 6 p.m. The variety is not great like it was when I first moved here. There may be a couple of pepperoni pizzas, and some cold variety pizzas that have one or two pieces sitting around on the buffet. No taco pizza to be seen on the buffet as well. You should just go ahead, and put out fresh pizzas when you see a dried up pizza is just sitting under the heat lamp. Also, I noticed on the bottom of my receipt that they charge a 3% fee on all cards used for payment. You should let everyone know if they are paying with a card, that their is a fee even though it is on the receipt. My card was already ran with the receipt stating the 3% fee charge for cards listed at the bottom of the receipt. The price of the buffet is overpriced, and it's lack of variety. I have written a review before, but nothing has changed about the buffet having more variety between 5-6 p.m. You can get a specialty pizza delivered to your table, but it takes way to long, and the waiters sometimes forget to put the order in for it. Your restaurant could do so much better for it's patrons. Instead of apologizing, just fix the problem. Add more pizza varieties...
