I wasn't going to post my experience but when the same thing happened to a co-worker, I just had to. Two months ago was looking to purchase a living room set and was gonna pay cash for it. I walked into Furniture Fair in the morning hours, there were no customers there so I thought I would get service quickly. My son and I walked around for 30 minutes, past the sales associates and nothing. One lady was on the phone loudly discussing her club fiascos from the weekend before. One associate did speak. I interrupted a conversation between a pair to ask if they carried the "Catnapper" Brand. With a loud sigh one replied no and went back to her conversation. I looked at my son and said see this why their parking lot is empty, I guess they get paid regardless if they make a sale. So I took my money to Farmer's Furniture and spent my money there because they have great customer service. I will not ever set a foot in nor recommend Furniture Fair to anyone.

Read moreWe went to pick up some furniture which has been on layaway for a long time as they have been gracious enough to keep for us during this 2 and 1/2 year ordeal we've been living through. Well when we arrived the sales associate went to retrieve one of our pieces she found it had been damaged in storage and was very quick to let me know and then worked hard to remedy the situation. I was pleased with the results in regards to the damaged piece. I would shop there again if I found something that meet my needs because of the effort made on our behalf as far as stroring our furniture and remedying the damaged...
Read moreThe salesman was the worst liar I've encountered I went in to buy my Daughter a bedroom set He quoted one price and by the end of the conversation....It was obvious He assumed He had a customer who was uneducated or informed...When I began to question His changed prices, He became rude...I don't feel this is a company problem but an individual problem who caused the company to loose a cash sale (I never informed Him of that because I no longer wished to speak with Him)....I plan on going to another store or trying another salesperson at that location...I definitely don't wish to speak with...
