Went through the drive-through, had a very simple order. Two breakfast baconators and two chicken buddy biscuits add egg to both. I had to repeat my order four times about adding egg to both, she acted like she couldn’t hear me or understand. I get my food and get home and rather than two chicken buddy biscuits with egg I got two egg biscuits. When I called, no apology, Just told me that the next time I come through to tell them and they’ll give me two biscuits for free, I told them I was on my way back now and she said as long as you’re back before breakfast is over. Got to the drive-through and I told them why I was there they said yeah just pull around. I got to the window and had to wait for the food. When she brought the food to the window still no apology and I tried to give back the other biscuits that were wrong and she told me I could keep them, handed me the bag and close the window. Read moreI’ll never understand why they can not get an order right...... never fails.... EVERY TIME my food has been wrong, cold, or just sloppy. It’s honestly not that hard. I always go inside because they always get my order wrong so I end up going in anyway. The last time I went in the customer beside me ordered a cheeseburger with no tomato... she asked twice are you sure this has no tomato the manager said yes I’m positive... she opened the burger and it had tomato on it? AND THE MANAGER WATCHED THE GUY MAKE IT!!!! I don’t understand at all......... also, my order was wrong that day too, shocker. That same day this extremely loud girl who I assume used to work there was standing in the lobby YELLING being extremely loud laughing not moving out of the customers way and everyone that worked there was just chatting it up with her. Who cares about everyone’s food right? this is always a last resort for me. I don’t understand how they are still in business. But nothing will ever change it will keep going...
Read moreI don’t even know where to start.. our whole experience was just terrible. Went to lunch with my fiancé and two kids. Everything was covered in grime including every single high chair looked like they haven’t cleaned them in weeks. The tray with salt and pepper packets was almost empty and at the bottom was coated in dirt. Ketchup packets had sticky residue like one had busted but kept piling them in there. Extremely loud and obnoxious guy working the counter. After a customer had left he said loudly yeah I effed her best friend! Loud enough for the whole entire dining room to hear. Guy in the kitchen had his phone out playing on it. Forgot part of our order and only thing we got was “oh my bad” out of ranch dipping sauce or maybe was just too lazy to even look for more.
