American Safe & Vault Service Cleveland — Local services in Rocky River

This company has been a trusted vendor for us this past year. A few of the buildings we manage have had problematic doors for 3 - 5 years. Other companies would attempt to fix it but the fix would last a week or so and then they would try to turn the blame on people/architects/etc. I don't get that from American Safe & Vault. Sy and Dan both seem to be in the business of providing solutions, whatever it takes. If the scope of work is beyond what they can do, they've connected me with another vendor to help me reach a solution. For access control and door hardware issues, not only have they resolved the issue, but they are thinking a few steps ahead and offer insight and alternatives to make management's life easier. This crew is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and are good people to be around. Happy to have stumbled upon them. Will be using for all of our buildings...

I have used American Safe & Vault for a number of services. Recently they flawlessly installed several security cameras in our residential apartment community. I was able to present them with what I wanted, and they brought me a solution while also trying to be cost effective which I really appreciate. I had a small gun safe that was no longer responding to the opening code. After calling at least 5 locksmiths, which all turned out to be the same no store front, business, I found American Safe& Vault Service. The service was great and had an actual store to drop off my gun safe. Dan was very personable, professional, and fair pricing. I'd definitely recommend this locksmith!...
