McDonald's — Restaurant in Roeland Park

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds ever. It needs to be INVESTIGATED or shut down! This store is so OBVIOUSLY stealing from customers. READ all reviews on this location please. NOT the fake five star reviews.

They lock the doors way before it’s supposed to, so if you do a mobile counter order, you still have to wait in that drive thru line, only for them to claim that they don’t have our order because the order number doesn’t come up and the cashiers excuse was that it’s already been entered. Which meant they already gave our order away, right? He repeatedly said there was nothing they could do and he couldn’t help AT ALL because he didn’t have the app and didn’t know how it worked?

Mcdonalds, y’all don’t train your employees on the app?

We had ordered online and paid for the food already. They couldn’t do a thing to help? I assume they expected us to waste more money and buy something else or just leave so they can keep the food for themselves? The “manager”, thought maybe we were stupid, started speaking spanish to us, even tho we were speaking english perfectly fine to her before. She kept saying, “no aqui.” THEN one of her employees popped up behind her with our order. All she says is “oh” then hands it to us with NO APOLOGY or anything!!! AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ROLL HER EYES AT US WHEN SHE WAS CLEARLY TRYING TO STEAL OUR ORDER! I wonder how often they’re doing this and getting away with it. smh. close this location DOWN.

ALSO the car before us was arguing with the employees as well, probably trying to do the SAME thing.

I recently stopped by this McDonald's, driven by the pull of their classic Quarter Pounder. Upon entry, I was greeted by the golden arches gleaming under the bright lights, filling me with a comforting sense of familiarity. The menu was a delightful mix of old favorites and new innovations, giving me that 'what should I pick?' thrill.

I decided to go with the Quarter Pounder, crispy fries, and a refreshing Coca-Cola. After placing my order—a seamless process thanks to their friendly staff—I found myself at one of their cozy booths, the red-and-yellow decor instantly reminding me of childhood road trips and birthday parties.

The moment my food arrived, the first bite of that distinct burger flavor was pure joy. Succulent beef, fresh lettuce, and that signature processed cheese melted together in a satisfying way that only McDonald's knows how to achieve. The fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty—they practically begged me to finish them all!

The atmosphere was lively, with various patrons enjoying their meals ranging from families to late-night explorers. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life coming together to share a simple yet universal...

The people that work here are rude and acted like they didn’t want to serve me and when I went through the drive through I order a large frozen drink and small fry and the person told me it was $9.00😳🤔I then went in and made my order through the kiosk and it came up to $5.39. After making my order I was paying in cash I stepped up to the counter to pay and the worker acted as though he didn’t understand what I said when I said I needed to pay first my order. He walked away and said someone else will help you. I assume the guy who came up to help me was the manager, and I told him I need to pay and I would like my frozen drink mixed with all the flavors ( suicide style) and he said he is not sure he can do that and that he has never heard of it before. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 as I was waiting on my hot fries, some other folks came in from the drive way who was of my same color, said that they did not receive all of their food and that their sandwiches were put together sloppy. They gave them the rest of the food but the sandwiches still were not up to par so the Mom asked for the money back and told the manager they are not dogs. I will not go back there I do believe there is some racism...
