My order is grossly incorrect!! The contents of the two Veggie Bowls ordered were cold, sloppily constructed and ultimately inedible.
There are huge clumps of overcooked, congealed/stale white rice. I ordered Extra portions of Brown Rice ONLY for both bowls.
Other customizations included: Fajita Veg Extra Brown Beans Extra Mild Salsa Extra Medium Corn Salsa Cheese Guacamole
I have two wet bowls of FREEZING cold food. Not one degree of heat in either bowl. Although I began eating within 30 minutes of receiving my order. It is utterly inexcusable; the lack of care, adherence to policy, quality & standards that exist in the order. Purchased from the only Chipotle in my neighborhood. Within 700 feet of one of the Nation's largest Jesuit University's. Loyola University, Chicago.
I will NEVER visit the daycare center which this location appears to be. As the individuals behind the counter appear more involved in their interpersonal conversations, than adherence to compliance and quality standards.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...
Punctuated by the App Interface & Customer Usability Issue I experienced. While attempting to utilize the App to submit a complaint or photograph of the terrible order. The App provides a "History", yet 'UTTERLY FAILS', to provide transparency & completeness of information-pertinent to One's Order History.
Why wouldn't customized details of One's order be shown in 'History'?
Why doesn't the order details SHOW an 'Order Number'? Since HAVING ONE IS AN IMPERATIVE IN ORDER FOR 'Pepper' to successfully resolve ANY issue. The receipt I photographed as well has a 'Check' number: 1020103
Unfortunately the Pepper conversations - As I initiated two. We're total fails, as the algorithm cannot pull an order number when one isn't available to the customer.
I have shown loyal patronage for decades, since your original launch. Now, that the advent of fiscal responsiveness dictates expediency over competently trained food service workers. I will likely reduce my patronage because of this experience.

Read moreI worked here towards the end of 2011 to 2012 I believe. Or in 2012. I don't remember. But anyways this place is a piece of garbage. Long story short, tried my hardest to appeal to the mexicanized work staff and work hard to move up in the company in which the management knew of. They started lying to me and giving me the run around while treating me like trash and writing in my booklet(which is how they critique you and higher up managers can come in and view everyone's books. They lied numerous times in my booklet and so I would write back defending myself from rude and false accusations. The day before the regional/division manager was showing up, they fired one early morning and they're reason was "because when I got hired I said I had open availability and now I don't" all because I said I needed one day off a week for school. CLEARLY this was an excuse to fire me and remove my booklet from the store because thy knew that when the high up manager came, I was gonna be honest and tel him/her that I wasn't being promoted properly and treated unfairly. So they got rid of me and hid the evidence. THEN red flagged me in the system so I couldn't get hired at any other chipotle again. All because they knew I would tell someone of their shady ways. That's right chipotle, I'm sure you remember me. Screw you and your tip stealing managers, and especially screw your vidi/veri (whatever her name was that was as crooked as ever). At one point she even told me, "what happens at chipotle stays at chipotle" while performing something wrong and shady. The only person that was cool here was the grill guy. Ordered food online for 9:00pm pickup. I arrived after 9 and didn’t receive my food until 9:18, they hadn’t even started making it. With two hours left before close 2/3 of the restaurant was blocked off and chairs were up.
Items missing from my order Kids quesadilla- instead received 2 tortillas no cheese in sight ni quesadilla. The white rice black beans and steak were all on the side . No kids chips in sight.
Steak quesadilla I received no rice on the side at all.
I did get my order of chips and queso, but I had to come back to the counter for the kids drink.

Multiple people came to the counter asking for spoons bc the store was so neglected they didn’t have any. The icing on the cake was when a big group came in with nowhere to sit and the associate with glasses made a point to leave the line multiple times to make sure the chairs were still blocking off the dinning room….Again this was before 9:30…. The. last time the same lady in glasses messed up my quesadilla and I let her know, she said “sorry it’s already made”
I’m not paying $15 for the wrong meal…fat chance. I left the line cuz I wasn’t gonna pay for something I didn’t order and placed an online while in the restaurant so that this would be made...
