I’ve been a longtime fan of Blaze and been to multiple locations across multiple states and I gotta say, the dip in quality has been noticeable over the past couple years and no longer worth the price point. Blaze’s motto used to be to say yes to every request, now you have to pay almost a dollar to get a tiny ranch cup, and any additional toppings they charge for if you order a signature pizza. Blaze pays cents on the dollar for their food costs, yet they can charge you for additional items and make more profit.. yeah, I don’t like that. Besides the quality has been terrible the last couple times I’ve gone. The mushrooms at this location frequently look like they’ve gone bad, same other veggies. The last pizza I got there was undercooked and floppy. It was pretty much inedible and ended up throwing it out after a couple slices. What a waste of almost $14. Save your money and skip Blaze, there’s so much better pizza in the city that’s just as fast, better quality, and more hearty. Sad but probably my...
Read moreThis experience was painful. Took forever to get our pizzas assembled since there was only one person loading the ingredients. We finally get to the register to pay and the guy (receipt says Tristan S.) tells me I have to order 2 drinks in order for this coupon to work. It clearly states a free pizza with the order of a pizza and a drink, not 2 drinkS. He says it won't work otherwise. I ask to speak to the manager and he says he IS the manager. False advertisement and made no effort to honor what the promotion states. Also, our change called for some dollars & 24 cents, this dude gives us 20 pennies! I ask him if he had any coins other than just pennies, he says no. They're LITERALLY next door to a bank! Are you serious? If he is, in fact the manager, he's doing a horrible job of it. This encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, even before trying the food. Will never patronize this...
Read moreThe African-American gentleman who took my order was very pleasant. Some of the other staff was rude and cold, not very welcoming. Pizza is as dry as cardboard. Little to no cheese or toppings. Given the price, I expected so much more. I have a feeling that this is just a bad location, because the food has potential. Please stop making the pizza so dry and make it as if you were making it for yourself or for a loved one. Also, when a customer who is patronizing your business speaks to you, or says "thank you", it might be a good idea for you to acknowledge them and say, "You're welcome." This location needs a great deal of training in preparing the food and customer service. I probably won't be back. I might as well go down the street to Giordano's for better quality food and...
