I called ahead and spoke to Daniela on the phone to get a price quote for a pizza I was thinking about because I was stuck between Little Caesars and Pizza Hut. The price seemed very good and was lower than if I bought the same thing at Pizza Hut. Plus the Pizza Hut I saw on Google had very bad reviews of their pizzas being burnt and toppings all over the box. Also Daniela was really friendly, so it totally convinced me to stop by. I arrived an hour later and she was at the cash register and she recognized my voice and I was surprised. She was so pretty! She had a very long black ponytail. She said that she was glad I decided to come by to order and I made my order at the register. She said that it'll take 10 minutes, which didn't bother me because I didn't have anything else to do. I was going to go back home to eat. I walked around the block then came back and it was ready and the box was super hot. I even took a peek at the pizza to make sure it looked right and it was! I included a picture of the pizza and I will be leaving a 5 Star Review on Google. I do reviews regularly on places I shop at and you all passed. Thank you! Please give Daniela a raise because it's rare to find nice people in retail jobs, and I wouldn't have came if she didn't help me...

Usually, I try to leave a positive review for companies that are doing a fantastic job, but I can't help but leave a negative review for this specific location of Little Caesars. I have been waiting for over 15 minutes, and there were four staff members who would not even greet me or acknowledge that I was there waiting. There have been two people ahead of me, and I'm not sure how long they were waiting for. Now there is another couple behind me. I refuse to wait any longer, and even though I asked for assistance, members of the team decided to ignore me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I feel like if nothing else, if you are behind, you should at least say, "I see you. I'm here. I will be right with you guys. We're just a little behind." My kid had to pee really bad & asked to used your bathroom since it was taking over 30 mins to get my order! They wouldn't let him use the facilities & I explained to the supervisor my kid has Autism & he could not wait any longer! Deshawn tells me, We could go to another restaurant to use the bathroom even though we were a paying customer & STILL WAITING ON OUR SLOW ORDER! Then I ask for a refund on our order and Deshawn got rude with me and threw my refund in my face! That's not the way to treat paying customers especially with kids with a disability!
