Service was good & friendly until he never brought our chips out but the other table had some & he didnāt bother to bring them at any point of time we were there, then he got my friends order wrong she clearly said no onion Cliontro and cheese is fine food came back onion all over š¤£š we told a server that brought the plate out and he took it back, the owner (who took our order) came back to the table and said that we ordered the wrong item but it was okay like why even say anything did you want to argue about it? Cāmon lol Anyway They Fixed The Food Tacos Were Great Burrito Was Rushed to be made slightly cold but still ate it and was satisfied. Finally My Friend Went Up & Paid Because No Separate Checks Fine Thatās Cool. As We Are Leaving Out The Owner Is Chasing Us Saying That We Didnāt Pay & That We Need To Come Back šÆš²š®š¤Æ Shaking My Head Is It Because Weāre African Americans?! When I placed my order, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived, I was informed that the tacos had been thrown away because they werenāt picked up within that time frame. Not only was I shocked, but the owner proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers and staff. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to reorder, I would have to pay double the price.
Nowhere in my past experiences or in any communications from this restaurant has it been mentioned that tacos must be picked up within 20 minutes or that they would be discarded, nor that a double charge would apply. The lack of clear policies and the ownerās unprofessional behavior have left me reconsidering my loyalty to this place.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that clearer policies are established moving forward. Customers deserve respect, and there are better ways to handle issues like this.
Also just an FYI according to the owner himself the ātacos are no good after 20 minutesā ššš that was his reason behind...

Let me tell you the food is good but I found a red hair on my food and told the waitress , who told the boss now typically they will give you another plate or apologize I got none this man demanded I pay for my torta that I didnāt even finish eating the hair was red my hair was black the waitress had red hair he said how did he know it wasnāt mine I said itās RED! He refused to make another torta for me unless I payed the one with hair . I could tell the waitress was embarrassed she kept apologizing but this man could care less! Wow!
