I see other 1 star reviews describing almost my exact experience..come on guys - learn from these and make changes, we want to love you and stay far away from starbucks but...
Wow, what a HUGE disappointment and lack of respect shown from the 19s'h something year old brunette gal working here on Sunday Jan 7th, 2024' @ 1:00pm. I have been a big fan of 7 brew since moving to NWA 2 years ago....the drive thru coffee and tea shop with employees typically even more friendly and professional than the chic fil a kiddos and that says a lot!
Well, that all changed on Jan 7th =-(
We pulled up, music was bellowing obnoxious 1980's rock n roll so loud we could hear it 3 cars back, yea, you thionk its fun and cute until its not......got to the window and neither me, my wife nor my kiddo could hear a word the gal was saying and she was literally hanging out of the window...every time we said something her response was "huh?!" After repeating our order 4 times..no joke, 4 times finally I asked her to read it back to us so we could make sure she got it right...she says"wait, what exactly did you want again" and looks at my wife with this duhhhhh look... Finally I had enough and asked her to please turn the music down so we could actually do business and get it right. She didn't like this..it was obvious and awkward..I almost told her keep the drinks and rolled off... Finally she got the order correct and we got our drinks...No, I didn't tip this one time..I always do..I go to the local 7 brews so often I typically get a free tea a week and the staff on Central in Bentonville all know me by name...over 100 visits and never a issue...ok to make it worse...when I drove off we heard her literally almost at a yell volume say "those people are so rude!"
We are rude because we asked you to "please turn the music down so we can do business" and then after all the chaos and frustration we left saying "thank you" ???? Thats rude??..wow 2024'!
7 brew please give this gal a job cleaning the parking lot and let her learn a great job is not a...
Read moreI frequent this coffee spot because it’s near my house, typically getting a coffee 2-3 times per week. At times the service can be very slow, but the coffee is great so I don’t mind. However, yesterday I went through the drive thru and got my usual, latte with oatmilk, and after pulling out of the drive thru I took a sip and it was ice cold. I was confused as to whether or not something was wrong with their machine or if I got the wrong order, something that had been sitting there for like an hour? Anyway I called a couple of times because I wanted to let them know, I wasn’t upset at all at the time but did not have time to go back and wait in the line so I left a voicemail to let them know. No one could be bothered to call me back. I have no idea how you can run a business without answering/returning phone calls but apparently that’s how they operate. All of this to say, the coffee is good, service is fine, but if you have an issue don’t expect...
Read moreTerrible customer service!!! On my previous visit they messed up my drink. Of course I didn’t realize it until I was already where I was going. But I foolishly thought they’d have decent customer service and would just let them know on my next visit so they could comp me a drink. Except when I did tell them on my next visit they treated me like I was some kind of lying coffee thief. I got the third degree about exactly what day, what time of day, why I didn’t come back that same day and so on. I was then told that because I didn’t come back the same day and return the nasty drink they can do nothing for me. Am I really expected to make a return trip, out of my way, at the expense of my time and gas and keep a bad drink all day just sitting in my car to drink it up? These people don’t even apply common sense to their decision making. I left without making any purchase, with the two drinks I had just ordered on...
