I've been coming here for years as a regular but it has changed.
One day the system was down and they charged my card on the owners personal square account. They didn't tell me so later that day I spent hours trying to figure out why this strange charge on my account was there from a person I didn't know. It wasted a lot of my time. Extremely unprofessional.
Another time I ordered a breakfast burrito and the employee told me at check out that it was $10 even though the sign says it is $6.99. She acted like it was my fault for not knowing and asked me to know for next time. How about you Change your sign to reflect the price? That was a month ago and it still isn't changed on the sign.
Their system seems to always be down now so I can't get reward points for my purchases. I should have earned many free rewards by now but I can't because there is no way to add receipts later in their reward system.
Several workers were there for years and were so good. New workers are rarely as nice or as efficient as old workers.

Read moreAs a rule I don't leave bad reviews because hey, everyone has "off" days and that's okay. But after this morning I really can't recommend this place to anyone, at least not the drive thru. After a 20-minute wait, I place my order (a sandwich and a latte). After 10 more minutes I get to the window and the guy doesn't have my sandwich, just my latte, and when I ask about it he says "oh, I didn't catch that". He disappears for a bit and later offers to make it then, but I don't have time for that. So I spent ~30 minutes in line and I drove off still hungry. In conclusion: don't waste your precious time in the morning with this drive thru, there's no guarantee you'll get what you ordered. There was another time when I ordered a cappuccino and got only a cup of foamy milk, so there's a bit of a pattern there. Maybe if you go inside and order things will come out right, but I know I won't be taking any chances with this...
