Had to revisit my review. Became too pricey for the amount/quality of food served. Menu hasn't changed since almost 5-6 years, i understand this is something the central olive garden team has to think about. We ordered two entree's, i used to get full bowl of salad earlier but now I got 1/3rd of the bowl. We ordered kids menu for kids and the tomato sauce on their speghati is not even same taste and felt very uncooked than what we received with one of the entree's speghati. French fries in kids menu are not at all UpTo the mark, felt like Olivegarden doesn't want to give value to kids meal as it's cheaper, but one thing i request Olivegarden team to think is today's kids are their tomorrow's customer and the more you make them hate your food, the more it's bad for business in future. Kids menu misled us as if smoothie is free with them. Bread sticks we got for first time were ok. When we asked for refill, there was too much of salt on them, not sure if that was intentional or accident. From ambience point of view, this location needs some improvement in my opinion and it feels very bad to touch the tissues in restroom(as the rolls of tissue are just kept in washing area open) that got already wet with other people's hands on them, COVID era should have changed this, but it didn't make it more touch free in this location.

Olive Green has always been good. This location is another great place serving good food to this region. We started with the complementary salad and soup and breads. I took the gnocchi soup and my husband took the salad. These are included with the main entree! The salad is really fresh and top notched. I like it especially with all cheesy, rich food to balance my taste. The breads are buttered, however may not be the best one. The soup was creamy and good. We took some fried calamari as an appetiser. That was really good. We were already full by this time. The main entree was very rich and cheesy and creamy. I took the ‘ Italian tour’ or something that includes some Alfredo pasta, chicken Parmesan, and lasagna. My husband took some very cheesy chicken Alfredo. We could not finish, and took most of our main entree back home. You cannot beat the value for Money, if you consider the amount of food they serve. I was feeling tempted about their dessert, but honestly cannot eat because I was already feeling too heavy. The restaurant is neat and clean, including the restrooms. The staff are very nice and welcoming. I asked for a togo glass for my lemonade drink, and he gave me new glass full drink to take back home. I was delighted, indeed.

So, the soup and salad is consistent which is unsurprising. The entrees are mediocre at best. The shrimp scampi Hasan odd flavor to the sauce. I would say it is from a jar and not made per order. My wife got the "Tour of Italy" sampler... Lasagna, fettuccine and chicken Parmigiana. The lasagna and chicken parm were dry, hard and burnt. We had to get the lasagna replaced. You can see in the picture the before and after... The restaurant has a funky odor to it also. Most likely coming from the carpet. Very musty, wet basement smell for lack of a better way to describe it. Oh yeah... don't forget the $4.39 for a SMALL bottle of IBC root beer or the $4.29 for a glass of lemonade.

Updating review: Do I went this evening, they sat us and promptly forgot about us. Waited 25 minutes and I the wait staff walked by, waited on others, like we were invisible. No drinks, no bread, no salad, a few of them looked at us. Even made eye contact, but 25 minutes waiting for a member of wait staff to greet you is ridiculous. I’m guessing they didn’t even notice we got up and left. This Olive Garden, in Rogers AR is 100% not recommended. My rating updated: 0.0, I can not rate it if I can not be even greeted. I recommend steering clear of this Olive Garden.

So, my wife and I go in for lunch, the food was great, everything good until I got the bill. Before that the manager lady walks up to every table, greets them, walks up to our’s and take the bread sticks basket, i says good afternoon to be greeted with her back walking away. Not a word. I blew it off until…. There was a charge for Table Games $2.99. I understand that having one of those computers on the table, to order, pay and play is a thing. We didn’t have one of those computers on the table, and would not be using it to play games anyway. I ask our waiter what table games is? He says, “oh that is for the computer… that there is none on the table. I’ll get that fixed, I’ll be right back.” 20 minutes later the manager that had ignored us earlier, walks over and says, “we’ll put that back on your card.” I’m like ok. Then she says, “but I need the card it was put on back to put it back.” 15 minutes later… “ok that should be back on you card in 3-5 days.” I’m like what? So it took you 35 minutes to attempt to pull an extra 3 bucks from me, but 3-5 days to put it back? If I knew I had to leave money with you for 3-5 days and spend 35 minutes to screw up my bill, I would have not give that $8 tip on a $36 bill. My wife says, well I have the merchant copy, so there shouldn’t be a tip charged. I said ok we will see how that goes. The manager, gave a sigh of asshole disbelief, as waddled away. We left. Now we are not sure if Rogers AR, Olive Garden is in our future ever again. It will depend on if the tip comes out, and/or the attempted theft...

Very poor experience. Went to dinner here after a long day of softball to relax and have a good carb filled meal. When seated we were greeted by our waitress, Jayden. Who then took our drink orders, after this she proceeded to tell us that they are completely out of breadsticks at the moment. We were understandable about this but while waiting for our drinks we see multiple baskets of breadsticks being delivered to tables around us. When Jayden comes back with our drinks we ask her where our breadsticks are as we feel they must have replenished. She acts confused and says she did not know they were back yet, she then takes our food order as well as soup/salad order. As time passes by we see more and more breadsticks being delivered, Jayden comes to our table with our salad and NO BREADSTICKS we ask again more frustrated now and she proceeds to get snappy saying she’ll “check on it”. 5 minutes later she comes back with breadsticks and we say thank you as she tosses them on the table. She tells us that our soup is now out, at this point we are upset, tired of her lying because of her laziness, and ready to leave. We speak to a manager asking for a new sever for the table, he immediately makes that happen without questions.

Our new sever Treci was OUTSTANDING, very nice, respectful, and such a sweet lady. She took care of us with no issues and fixed problems she did not create.

Treci found out that Jayden, our past sever added meatballs to our bill which was $4 more when the dish came out with NO MEATBALLS. Again, Treci to the rescue fixing an issue she did not create fixing our bill. Don’t worry we made sure our tip went 100% to Treci only and we will not be coming back.

Overall our experience ended up being better than it started out, but if you come to this location of Olive Garden and your sever...

This mother’s day I decided to have dinner with my family here. When I arrived an older women who looked to be part of management was very rude and abrupt with me when I approach the front counter to check in. She had us seated and never said a word to us and just walked away. Our server was quit pleasant and checked to make sure everything was in order and replenished. Because we are a large family of four children and two adults my husband took our left overs to the vehicle so that he could help me with getting everyone to the car with free hands. Because it was closing time when we were leaving my husband was stuck knocking at the front entrance door as the same older lady from earlier stood at just stared at him. I was very upset when I made my way to the front carrying an infant car seat, a toddler and two older children and saw that the women refused to let my husband back in. My phone was ringing with my husband on the other end to help get him back in however I was overwhelmed with trying to get my small children out alone. The women finally opened the door when she saw me and said to him can I help you? It’s company policy to lock these doors. I get what she said but it was how she said it that bothered us. I understand that people have bad days but this is an industry where it is an employees job to create an atmosphere where people feel welcome, and clearly we did not. This was a very sad experience one that has made us not want to ever dine in at this...
