I normally do not do reviews but I woke up mad about our experience last night. This was our first time out at this restaurant and even downtown Rogers. We wanted to get together with our friends and have a nice meal out together while we caught up. The idea and atmosphere of the restaurant is what brought us in. It was busy, which is fine, but I would suggest that hosts should be trained on asking if you would like to sit inside, outside, or first available. We would have been waiting the full hour if our husbands didn't go ask about the empty outdoor sitting. My husband's dr.p was flat (something about the CO2) and was still charged for the drink. We waited an hour for 2 pizzas, a sandwich and spinach dip. The wait would have been fine IF the food wasn't burnt and cold. The cheese was hard proving it was just sitting under the heat lamp for some duration of time. The sandwhich was literally burnt and so hard. You could hardly take a bit of the Tony soprano without it hurting the roof of your mouth. It wasn't worth even trying to send back for a remake and wait another hour. Especially having two 1 year olds with us. As a server of 10+ years of different types of backgrounds, including pizza, I would have been EMBARRASSED sending the food out as is. I would have apologized and offered to leave those mess ups as something to snack on while a remake was already on its way, or discount the meal in general. Also, counting three babies under the age of 1 1/2 as functioning humans who ordered for themselves, had their own meals, and refills (which they ate off our pizza and had only 1 cup of water each) as a party of 6 just to ensure that there was a 20% gratuity added, just PROVES how bad the server knew the service/food was that he wanted to make sure he got 20%. Which me being a server and another being a manager at a restaurant, he would have gotten 20% no matter what because we understand the restaurant business. Which is also why we were so easy and chill even though the experience was terrible. Bc I absolutely HATE being that customer. The whole experience and food was not compatible for the price of $65. Which finding out how much it was after we left has been on my mind ever since. Also, I don't mind smoking on the job but when it interferes with the flow and attentiveness of the restaurant, there's a problem. Seeing workers go in and out consistently to this white car, thats parked in the front of the restaurant shows they were worried about their own personal needs over the customers. My husband literally thought the hostess was on drugs when asking a simple question about the availability of the outdoor tables...and...
Read moreI am very surprised that 50 people have given a 5 star review. I grew up in the 80s so the vibe was super fun. But……there’s somethings to be aware of before coming. Let’s break it down Ambiance - 4 Stars. Super fun 80s theme, great addition with the table top arcade video games while you wait. Lots to keep your attention with all the 80’s “stuff” BUT there was “stuff” overload. The “at the table games” were a fun idea but I do worry about the sanitation of things, especially with all the game pieces that fell on the floor or were left on the floor from prior guests. Food - 3 Stars. Probably not fair that we owned some pizzerias. The flavor of the BBQ chicken was our favorite but the Alfredo was pretty bland. Too much cheese and way too Much corn meal that the dough was put on so it really detracted from the taste and dining experience. The garlic knots were not knots (seen in the photo). When I asked what happened to the knots, the server laughed and said, “When they get in a rush, they may not tie them in to knots. Glad you enjoy them”……then she walked away. 😳. Didn’t say that we liked them. I’d give them 2 stars. No garlic flavor. Service - 2 Stars. I am not sure if she had too many tables but she forgot many things. Had to ask for plates and forks. Had to ask twice for more marinara but she never brought it. She never saw the drink refill needs and we wasn’t around for us to ask so we had to get it from the host. She was polite and smiley but definitely detracted from a great dining experience. Cleanliness - 2 Stars. I am very worried about the safety to guests and employees. The cement covering they have done along with oil from the food prep is making the floor VERY slippery and unsafe. There are crumbs from the corn meal that are wedged into the cracks of table topper items. Bathrooms were cluttered and a bit messy with more slippery floors. Fun Vice but not safe.
Don’t see a need to return and for NWA Newbies or Daily that said this establishment is killing it……well, I don’t think that’s an accurate representation of the restaurant. It...

First off, my husband and I ordered a Dazed and Confused pizza and a Caesar salad to share and start out with. We went and checked out some games. Some were not functioning and table games were kind of a mess, not working, missing pieces, etc. We found table checkers and that was cool for a bit. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to finally say something bc we noticed people who ordered after us were getting their actual meals already and we still hadn’t received our salad. We asked for our salad and it was clear that our entire order hadn’t even been put in yet. We got the salad a few minutes later and we were told that he had it “rushed” for us which was very clear bc it was lacking dressing BAD. Not totally sure if there even was any to be honest.
The people who ordered after us, got their food before us, ate before we even got our food, are now leaving at this point!! We received our pizza after an HOUR. We were in the middle of saying that we were about to just tell the waiter we will pay for the salad and our drinks when it FINALLY came out. We decided to stay and eat but quickly asked for a box and check. No one apologized for the wait the entire time. I know they knew we were probably not happy bc who would be after waiting over an hour for food??? But it was like we were totally being avoided and ignored. It was nuts.
We feel like the food itself is overpriced not even taking into account the poor service and experience. There’s way better pizza in NWA for less cost.
We also chose to sit on the patio bc it was so busy inside and that was a mistake bc the flys were awful. So bad. I could barely eat. So 10/10 do NOT recommend. Try to get a table inside.
All in all it’s a really neat environment, could be a lot of fun and has a lot of potential but we will not be going back. Which is a bummer bc we were excited about this place and we were excited to take our kids but I don’t think we will return after this...
